View 9 Repliesi am just testing this on the domain and i have cofngured my ipad and iphone to download emails from the exchange. I have also installed the MobileAdmin plugin as we have exchange 2003. When i get into the website i can find my devices assinged to my account and i have started a wipe which i am told has been accepted by the device. Now my iPad has a black screen and a busy icon (circle of lines) as if it's doing something, but it's been going for 30minutes so far. How long does it take roughly (iPad2 16gb) Also is there anyway to stop a user from Jailbreaking there company owned iPad apart from contracts and disclaimers etc...

I have iphone with 5.1 and latest version of itunes and use a gmail account. I was using gmail directly to sync mail and calendar but this didn't (or at least I could find a way to) sync my gmail contacts to my phone contacts so i decided to use Exchange. I deleted my gmail account from my phone and added the Exchange account, following all the instructions on many websites like this one [url]. I selected 'ON' for mail, contacts and calendars. When I refresh contacts and calendar on iphone nothing happens. When I go in mail and refresh that it comes up with 'Cannot Get Mail. The connection to the server failed.'. I deleted the account and reset up in case i messed anything up but it's still not working.

Currently using owa to access email using this url: https://intranet.company.com. It will require certificate to access the main page of OWA. Once authenticate then use network logon to access mailbox.
I am unable to get the phone to connect with my works exchange server. We use exchange 2003 and when I enter my information I get an error message stating device not compatable. I downloaded touchdown to try for 30 days but it does not pull in all of my emails.
View 7 Replies View RelatedI have the updated ITunes and IPhone software for my IPhone 4. I have Outlook 2003. I sync via USB. My phone used to sync properly with ITunes, but now nothing seems to be synching. I've tried resetting my sync history, checking the box to replace the info on the phone with the Outlook calendar on my machine, checking and unchecking all calendars vs. choosing each one individually. Nothing has worked. I think I may have had to recreate my outlook pst file the last time this happened but can't remember how I did that.

The sync process between iPhone and Outlook 2003 does not add new appointments entered in Outlook to transfer to iPhone. I have tried all the steps in Apple Support including uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes. I have checked the boxes in iTunes - Device - Info - Advanced to "Replace information on this iPhone" "Calendars". Still no luck???

View 1 Replies View RelatedThis error is encountered when ever I have the calander sync turned on. If it turn off the calander sync option then I have no problem with the contacts sync.I have been searching forums for this error and I found 1 that referenced the fact that if I had put any attachments in the Outlook calander such as meeting notes or PDF's that the Blueberry wouldn't sync. Is this true? I have many files attached to calendar dates.

- Organizer
- Tick Contacts
- Configure...
- Sync direction: One way to your device only
- Contacts account: Microsoft Outlook
- Configure... | Outlook Profile: MS Exchange Settings (Only option)
- Advanced...
At this point I get a message box twice:"WMS Idle: Rim.Desktop.exe - Unable To Locate Component This application has failed to start because BJABLR32.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."Advance Contact Settings still opens so I:
- Folders tab
- Select different contacts to sync
- Add required mailbox
- Change Default Folder
- Close and Sync Organiser
Then I get:"Synchronization Error A program error occurred at line 1548 in .OIAccess.cpp. Please report this error by sending a log to technical support."It appears to try and transfer 3 items (there are 100+) but no contacts are transferred.I have reinstalled Blackberry software but the error remains. The missing file is part of Office 2003 SP3 but despite a reinstall of the Service Pack the file was not installed in ..WindowsSystem32 where it belongs.
If I create calendar items on my PC using Outlook 2003, they sync to my Atrix running Android 2.3.4 without problems, but if I enter them on my Atrix (selecting the calendar that syncs, not the phone calendar), they never show up in my Outlook 2003 calendar.
View 13 Replies View RelatedI am using curve 9300. I installed blackberry desktop sw and tried to sync my outlook contacts. The sw read all the 745 contacts and asked me to accept or reject. So when I clicked on accept, it just copied 4 items without any contact details and just crashed and gave an error msg "unknown error". I tried to delete those contacts and it's not allowing me to do so without giving any msg. I don't even get a delete msg on the bb. I even tried to press on menu when I go to the contacts and it won't appear on those particular records. I rebooted the pc and the phone and tried again and got "error encountered, error code 0x80040fb3". I even uninstalled the application and tried ver 4 & 5. The result is the same. I am stuck with those records and can't delete them. Further 740 contact that can't have on my blackberry.

After restarting the the PC entries within the Outlook calendar have lost the text within the entry. i.e. the entry itself still exists but any emailed notes within the file, attached files or links disappear in Outlook. This is very frustrating as meeting agenda and other notes are missing.
