View 2 Replies View RelatedOk so i have an AT&T lg g3. Downloaded a new font from LG smartworld. I went to settings and tried to click on font type and nothing happens. I am really regretting updating to lollipop.
View 3 Replies View RelatedAfter last update i can not see a type of mobile network while scanning them in settings - More networks - mobile networks - network operators.
I can only see the name of the mobile operator without type of mobile network. Before last update I saw the name of the network and the network type (eg. 2G, 3G...)

Although my WMV formatted Videos play fine on my home computer, I had no problem transferring them to my Bionic SD Card. Rather than playing, a small blue box opens at the bottom, which says "unable to open this type of file". Confirmed that the pre-installed Player should play MP4 and WMV. I tell them about my error message, and they recommend downloading the VLC Media Player (which works great on all files on my home computer, even on AVI and FLV files). Still won't play, so they refer me to Motorola, but before I call them, I also download, the seemingly popular MoboPlayer and MX Video Player.
The Motorola second level of support tells me to convert them from WMV to WMV, although my experience with Motorola's Tech support is that I sense that due to our mother tongues, it might be my fault for not parsing my words carefully enough. Feel free to contribute your WMV (or MP4 experience) to this thread, as the last advice that the Motorola Level 2 Tech Support gave me was to go to "setting", then "privacy" and then "restore data reset".
I want to replace DocToGo with Office (Koffice), so that ms office attachment on email will be open with it instead, how to do that ?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have Straight Talk, and need to adjust my APN settings so I'll get high speed data. I know what the correct settings are.
The problem is that I need to change MVNO type and MVNO value, but they're both grayed out, so I'm unable to tap on them to change them. MVNO type is grayed out and set to GID and MVNO value is grayed out and set to deff. I need to change them both to 'not set'.
I called Motorola, they were useless- kept telling me to make sure cellular data was enabled. I looked at my old phone (a Nexus 5) and MVNO type isn't grayed out on it.
I recently changed from an iPhone 6 plus to Nexus 6. One of the things I liked from the iPhone is when you ge a notification whilst you are browsing etc it will show a quick preview of it at the top of the phone then slide away. It appears the nexus just shows the icon in the top bar so you have to physically look who the message text etc is from by sliding the bar down. Not a major annoyance but is there any way you can change the type of notification you receive when the screen is unlocked?

View 6 Replies View Relatedi'm using a Nokia 5800 XM with the last firmware. i'm experiencing a problem, since nearly two months from now: when i go in Settings > Connection > Network Destinations and I click on "Internet", it won't open and it remains in the Network Destinations menu. I can open all the other items, but Internet won't open. I can only see that there are 17 destinations (I think most of them are Wi-Fi hotspots I used before).
View 5 Replies View RelatedSo I received my Nexus 6P and yesterday I activated it on Project Fi. When I got to work today, I tried connecting to the same wifi point I always have, but when I try to connect it says "Connected, no Internet"I switched to Project Fi from T-Mobile, where I was using a Note 4 and I was able to connect and use the network yesterday on the N4 w/ T-Mo, but can't today with the 6P and Fi.
View 8 Replies View RelatedI got a Samsung Galaxy S II last week for the first time, and I noticed something odd. I can connect to my home secured Wi-Fi network just fine using the network credentials, but I can't seem to use free Wi-Fi networks like McDonalds for example when I am out and about...
The phone says that I have connected, but complains that I have no network connection at those times.
Traveling with the Xoom wi-fi and it suddenly decided not to connect with open wi-fi networks. Works fine on home network and worked fine on open networks a couple of weeks ago. Now, it sees the network, saves the network but when you tap "OK" to connect nothing happens.
View 8 Replies View RelatedSo I've had a LG G3 through Sprint for quite some time now. When I first got the phone I noticed that I had a problem answering calls. They would either never make it to my phone or my phone would freeze when I answered the call. After some research I found that this was due to problem with the Spark OS where it couldn't do both 4G and phone calls at the same time, or something like that. I fixed the problem by going into my network mode setting and setting it to 3G only. I never had a problem again.
Fast forward to today, my phone for some reason has put gone back into a LTE 4G setting, I don't know why it just did. So I go to change the setting back because I'm going to work and need to be able to answer my phone but for some reason the network mode setting is grayed out. I can't get into it to change anything. why I'd be locked out of the network mode settings?

View 9 Replies View RelatedWM 6.1 upgrade went without problem, but now I have issue with Wi-Fi access.PIE is unable to open any websites if the phone connects to any secured wireless network.(WEP, WPA, WPA2)Only time the wi-fi would work is when I connect to non-secured network. When I was on WM 6.0, I had no issues what so ever, so this is a new problem and I know I setup the network correctly. (Router issues IP address and network card receives IP address.)Looks like it happened to couple of others as well, but there does not look to be any remedy for it.
Of course about 90% of the time I will be connecting to non-secured network, so it should not be a too large an issue, but if possible, I would like to fix this.According to the search, only remedy I have seen is a guy contacting Samsung and getting WM 6.0 re-flashed on the phone. Other than 6.0 reflash, could there be any other potential resolution that I have overlooked?
