I have an iPhone 4S with AT&T. I can receive a text message from a non-iPhone Verizon phone, but I can't answer it. I get an error message that says the number is invalid because it isn't a ten digit number. I enter a ten digit number for the Sender in my Contacts, but I receive the same error message.

Is there anyway to setup an auto reply to text messages when you can't answer them? Or is there an app that can be used?

If I want to send them a new text message, I have to write a new one instead of replying. What could cause this issue? I can reply to most of my contacts. I had this issue on my previous Xperia phone as well.

I found out last night that when you reply to a text message that had more than one original recipient...all original recipients receive your reply...not just the one that sent the text to you. How do you reply to just the original sender of a text message that was sent to a group? I think it is crazy that all recipients need to see yes or no answers & sometimes pay for all the additional texts. Likewise, I hate that you have to send a separate text back to the sender. There should be an easy fix, like reply or reply all. Does anything like this exist? Iphone 4S, iOS 5.1.

When my daughter sends me a text from her Blackberry Torch I cannot simply reply to it. I can type a response but it will not send. I can however go into my contacts and hit send msg to her that way but it is frustrating, time consuming and annoying.

None of the SMS messages i've recieved today have let me reply to them. Every time I want to send a reply i've had to start a completely new SMS. Typing a reply and pressing Enter has no effect, and typing a reply and pressing the Blackberry button (to get the menu up to select "send" from) does not work either.
Messages in my phone from yesterday and beyond are find, and I can reply to them in the normal way.

I can receive email but I cannot reply to it since I cannot send out messages. I have reported this over the phone to a Nokia Hotline but no solution has been found. In one of my trips to Manila I went to a Nokia Care Center in SM MOA and they also said nothing is wrong with my phone ,they claim that with their own sim card they can send and receive messages . So Again I went Smart Iloilo Philippines where they also told me nothing is wrong with the with the operator settings.
I really don't know where to turn to; I got this E75 because I need the push email services badly. My user name in the Nokia messaging is and my Cel phone number is. Is this a software or hardware problem and has anybody encountered a similar problem
So I have received 2 group messages in two days. One had 11 people in it, and one had 15 people. I cannot reply for some reason it's greyed out. I have a different one with 8 people in it and it works fine.

When I get a call from clients and I'm away from my phone and don't answer it, it automatically sends back a couple of the pre-created text messages. I've had a couple people asking me if I'm on vacation because they've received the responses "I'm in a movie theater" and "I'm driving" both at the same time on several occassions. I was able to setup my emails to the device and can also receive emails. However, I am unable to open, reply or forward the emails. I can only get rid of the message indicator by marking the email open or deleting the message. I have done numerous hard restarts (i.e. battery pulls) and this does not correct the problem. I am using OS 6.0 Bundle 1879 which I just updated to today using desktop manager. I've scoured the web for answers and can't find one.
