Jul 21, 2014My company just switched over to T-Mobile and I decided to get the Galaxy S5. It's been great except for one major issue. When I get a call from clients and I'm away from my phone and don't answer it, it automatically sends back a couple of the pre-created text messages. I've had a couple people asking me if I'm on vacation because they've received the responses "I'm in a movie theater" and "I'm driving" both at the same time on several occassions. How do I turn this off. It's affecting my work and I can't have it on.

May 26, 2012I have an iPhone 4S with AT&T. I can receive a text message from a non-iPhone Verizon phone, but I can't answer it. I get an error message that says the number is invalid because it isn't a ten digit number. I enter a ten digit number for the Sender in my Contacts, but I receive the same error message.

Jan 12, 2012I have a couple of contacts that I have sent a few text messages, yet am unable to reply them since the message reply box is missing. If I want to send them a new text message, I have to write a new one instead of replying. What could cause this issue? I can reply to most of my contacts. I had this issue on my previous Xperia phone as well.

I found out last night that when you reply to a text message that had more than one original recipient...all original recipients receive your reply...not just the one that sent the text to you. Apr 9, 2011I've spent so long googling and I've made exactly no progress at all...!!- Problem: my blackberry only keeps text messages for about a week before deleting them- Phone type: It is a blackberry Curve 9320. It seems to be on OS 7.1. I got it around the middle of October 2012.- Also worth noting: unlike most people I've found online with this complaint- my call logs aren't being deleted, and are still intact all the way back to the middle of October when I got the phone.- Also, emails aren't deleted after a week, they perhaps linger for as much as a month before vanishing.
(I don't care about those as much because I can access them other ways, whereas texts I can't)According to various googlings and also questions on here, this is most commonly due to lack of memory, therefore they suggest that you check your memory status and then free some up if required.- When I go into device and status information it tells me that my free memory is around 133602256 bytes (which I believe is in the region of 126mb?). Does this count as a lot or a little? Could this be the source of the problem after all?- Similarly when I look in memory use under media it says 'built-in media storage 96% free (30.4mb)' and 'media card storage 95% free (1.7gb)'The other obvious thing which I've checked (and initially thought had solved the problem but it hadn't) was 'Message display and actions' where I've had 'days to keep messages' set as forever but it doesn't seem to have made a difference.Am I missing something really obvious? How can I get it to keep my messages for more than 7 or 8 days?

Is there a way to set up an "auto reply" message to incoming texts that lets them know they won't be getting a response any time soon?
For my voicemail, I use ISeeVM, and don't know how to change my greeting there either--I tried, but it wouldn't let me preview, and I didn't want to save if it didn't actually record anything, so I just canceled out of it. I think it is crazy that all recipients need to see yes or no answers & sometimes pay for all the additional texts. Likewise, I hate that you have to send a separate text back to the sender. BB Curve :: Cannot Reply To SMS Messages
Aug 3, 2010None of the SMS messages i've recieved today have let me reply to them. Every time I want to send a reply i've had to start a completely new SMS. Typing a reply and pressing Enter has no effect, and typing a reply and pressing the Blackberry button (to get the menu up to select "send" from) does not work either.
Messages in my phone from yesterday and beyond are find, and I can reply to them in the normal way.

Nokia :: E75 - Cannot Reply - Cannot Send Messages
Mar 23, 2010I can receive email but I cannot reply to it since I cannot send out messages. I have reported this over the phone to a Nokia Hotline but no solution has been found. In one of my trips to Manila I went to a Nokia Care Center in SM MOA and they also said nothing is wrong with my phone ,they claim that with their own sim card they can send and receive messages . So Again I went Smart Iloilo Philippines where they also told me nothing is wrong with the with the operator settings.
I really don't know where to turn to; I got this E75 because I need the push email services badly. My user name in the Nokia messaging is and my Cel phone number is. Is this a software or hardware problem and has anybody encountered a similar problem
