AssistiveTouch don't working, i just activate the function but it doesn't show the "little Dot" on my screen.how to fix that?

My screen stopped responding earlier today, except for AssistiveTouch, which is not enoough. Also, my lock button stopped working some time ago, so I have no way to power off my phone to my knowledge. I've created a back up of my iPhone on iTunes, but can't restore it or factory reset it because I can't get into my phone to disable Find My iPhone. I also am not connected to wifi, and have no data plan, so Siri is unavailable. I attempted using iCloud earlier to erase my iPhone, which it tried to do, but could not as I'm not on wifi. However, I was given the option to remove my iPhone from the iCloud, which I read earlier would disable Find My iPhone, but iTunes still says it is enabled and I must disable it before reseting or restoring.

When I go into the volume settings I turn it all the way up and I still don't hear anything except the ringtones. Only ringtones. I can't play my games or watch videos like this. My nexus 5 is having screen issues and the screen basically doesn't function due to what I can only assume is a bad connection on the mainboard ( if I press in the right area with the back cover off the screen will flicker and work a tiny bit if I reboot the phone.) My issue is I still have tons of pictures that are very dear to me on the device and need to get them off of it.
When I connect it to my pc (windows 7) it connects and shows up as a nexus 5 device but nothing will appear in the folder. Im fairly certain I have the correct drivers installed as well. So how can I get it to connect properly with having basically no access to the screen?

I showed coworkers this when I got the phone but now after the sensor firmware update and moto updates it seems to have stopped working as it was. The wave over the phone still works.

I recently upgraded my iphone 3GS to the IOS 5.1 however i have noticed that now i am unable to use the camera whilst my phone is locked.
I can use the button but the screen kind of jumps up, like when you double click the home button, to reveal the bottom part of the camera, the shutter and camera/video camera slide, but then the locked page comes back down to hide the camera. Also the function button isnt properly formed, i have the camera but instead of being in a box just the top and bottom lines are shown.
