Aug 31, 2015So, yesterday i decided to clean my Sony Z3 because it was dirty, i cleaned it with the hose (water), i made sure i used a towel to remove the water i blowed the water left, and i placed it back on the table, after 2 hours i decided to take the phone and see what's new and when i pressed the button to see if it opens it did but the unfortune part is that the touch screen is not responding like if i try to go to home menu i can't because it's not working to slide or anything, it's just froze but the power button and volume keys are working, this thing pisses me off so bad, i placed the phone in a bowl of rice it's been 7 hours sinceit's there and nothing the phone is closed and still nothing happend after 7 hours, and there is condensation on the camera lens btw.

Apr 8, 2012I had to to a restore because several apps including the phone were not working (phone was not receiving calls, would call out but I couldn't hang up, other apps would start and then automatically close, etc). I did a restore and then used the backup from my icloud, but the screen is now frozen with apps "waiting" (for over 10 min). ???? When I enter the settings>icloud>backup on the phone it tells me that the phone is currently restoring. Restoring from my itunes causes an error that the backup is corrupt for doesn't match the device that is being backed up.

May 12, 2012My friend is in pieces, she has tried to update to 5.1.1. She wanted to sync beforehand to itunes but it told her to update to 5.1.1 so she did and now the phone is frozen. Mar 11, 2012So about 20 minutes ago I connected my iPhone to my computer and iTunes prompted me to update it. I accepted, but as it was applying the updates some type of error popped up. Long story short, it failed to update and now when I turn on my phone it's frozen with the screen showing the USB cord & iTunes icons. I've tried:
-Shutting it down by holding the sleep/power button
-Shutting it down by holding the Home + sleep/power button
-All of my USB ports on my computer
-Reinstalling iTunes
As soon as I turn it on, it briefly shows the Apple icon then it goes back to the same screen with the iTunes/USB icons. When I connect it to my computer it makes the connection sound but it won't register on iTunes.
