Mar 25, 2012My iphone has frozen and I can't turn it off or charge it or sync it or go to any other pages. I tried removing my sim but that didn't make any difference. I can't receive calls they just get my voice mail and obviously i can't make calls. I have tried holding the lock button in for long periods but it makes no difference I can't turn it off either.

Jun 26, 2011I went to check my phone last night and I couldn't get it to turn on. The only way is to take the battery out and put it back in. Then the home screen pops up with Unlock, Emergency and Cancel screen like normal (because I have a password) but then the track pad and none of the buttons work so I am stuck on that page with no way to get out. I've tried plugging it in to the charger and I've tried plugging it in to my desktop manager but seems to work?

Apr 8, 2012I had to to a restore because several apps including the phone were not working (phone was not receiving calls, would call out but I couldn't hang up, other apps would start and then automatically close, etc). I did a restore and then used the backup from my icloud, but the screen is now frozen with apps "waiting" (for over 10 min). ???? When I enter the settings>icloud>backup on the phone it tells me that the phone is currently restoring. Restoring from my itunes causes an error that the backup is corrupt for doesn't match the device that is being backed up.
