My Iphone 3GS touch screen not working properly, means sometimes it works porperly and sometimes may not. I go through thr forums then i restore my iphone, even am facing the same problem.

My momīs Blackberry Torch 9800 (Carrier is Claro Brasil and the OS is updated to 6.0 Bundle 2647) isnīt working properly. Sometimes the touch screen doesnīt work and sometimes is works but not in a perfect way. When I try to type some numbers to dial using the virtual keyboard some keys doesnīt work out like the back button. When I type the back button the number 3 appears in the screen. I tried to downgrade and then upgrade the software using the desktop manager but this didnīt fix the problem and even after pulling the battery several times the problem remains.

When i swipe (ex. for scrolling on the app list) then the phone some times detects the swipe as a tap, and then might open an app og an URL, or what ever is under my finger when it happens. This behavier is very random, and usually happens at the start of swiping (eg. detects me putting my finger on the screen and not lifting it again, but swiping, as a tap).
I have recently cracked my HTC Touch screen and I am unable to view the screen properly, but I am still able to recieve calls/txts. Where can I get the screen repaired or learn to do it myself?

This makes it a rail pain to write a message on the keyboard. For example I try to hit one letter and 2 or 3 will activate at the same time.

I have recently got a symbol in the top left hand side of my screen. Since i got it i have lost the ability to text using the touch screen , also i have lost the smiley face applicaion.
The main screen sometimes flickers too. The symbol is like a wedge with a rectangle shape sat on top with a red circle beside it.
Neo V touch screen does not shut off properly when I initiate a call or receive a call. While I am talking, due to the touch of my face on the screen, some other actions gets triggered like mute, or calling some other contacts etc. It is very irritating and scary to keep on checking whether the phone has gone into mute mode or not while talking.

View 8 Replies View RelatedIt keeps telling me that the c: memory is full and that i should delete some items, however when i try to, there is hardly anything on the c:. Also the phone only works sporadically for about five minutes after switching on and after that the menu button and the touch screen do not work properly and i am unable to make any calls or texts, but can still recieve calls.
Also it is telling me that the sim memory is full and remains full despite deleting text messages. Has anyone else experienced such problems or know how i can fix these problems?

Hello everybody. I have an iPhone 4 and updated it to 5.1.1. Since then everytime someone calls me, the answer slider doesn't work !! I have to call everyone back for a week now. And sometimes during de calls the touch screen doesn't work (end+answer, end buttons). I don't have my iphone jailbroken or anything.
It is very idiotic that an update ruins your phone and you can't downgrade to a last know configuration that works.
SO... to sum up. Touch screen doesn't work when I receive a phonecall and the phone is in standby (slide to answer) and during calls.

This morning I turned on my iPhone 4S and it logged in fine. I got a bunch of text messages because my chats were updating and all of a sudden it started to freeze. So I turned it off to 'sleep' and tried logging in again and it wont work now I went to turn it fully off but because the touch screen isn't working, I can't swipe the 'off' part of my phone. I've plugged it in, updated it, everything I could think of, and the touch screen still won't work. Or is it time for a new phone?

I have bought my IPhone4 in Sweden and after 6 month now i am in india. In these days i found one issue with my phone . I found in one of horizontal segment of touch screen is not working even i am not able dailed sepcific number like7,8 and 9. Today i visited one of the service center in india as it is still in warranty period(will end on 21Sept2012) after having queries then he says that this center in only applicable for those IPhone who have purchased in india. The screen is not damaged and never been dropped. My Sleep/WAke button also doesnt work. My phone thinks that my sleep button is always being pushed so if my touch sreen is working i can do anything becuase my phone puts it self to sleep when i unlock it. Sometimes the track pad works but not when it is pressed, and when the back botton works it puts me into sreach mode and looks for the letter "H" only. The touch screen is fine. This was before upgrading to OS7.1. I have done multiple hard resets and it does nothing at all. This has been going on for three days now. It hasn't be dropped or anything.
Last night I upgraded to OS 7.1 now my back ground does not rotate properly with how the phone is being held it does rotate, When you hold it upright it thinks its on it's side and vise versa.
