Dec 15, 2015It turns off sRBG every time it completely reboots, and now I have noticed it doing it after just being left idle overnight (just one time, last night).

Feb 12, 2016I don't like the eye popping colors of amoled screen on my 6P. sRGB enabled in developer options makes it look better in my eyes as a amatuer pornographer. However, it doesn't stick and needs to be re-enable on each boot.

Feb 13, 2016i was wondering what all of us are using as screen settings and why. For me srgb looks certainly more accurate but White are yelloish, they look better on Google's calibration settings but then colors are too saturated... So for now i still haven't made my choice.

I already flashed the vendor.img from Google. What I could do? I do not want to install gapps.

Oct 30, 2015Every AMOLED phone I've had has a high brightness mode. I can only presume the 6P does as well. How to enable it?

Gmail app doesn't allow me to click some embedded links and some links are just plain text and not highlighted/underlined in blue making them clickable.

Oct 31, 2015I'm trying to flash a TWRP, but for some reason the phone doesn't show up any more in adb when in fastboot mode (at the bottom of the phone screen it tells me to connect a USB cable). It was showing fine until yesterday. I have tried several different USB ports. The cable is definitely working (in fact plugging and unplugging it causes Windows to notice and make a sound, and also it works fine in ADB when the phone is booted up.
The only thing that I can think that happened since I had last connected to it in fastboot mode (to unlock the bootloader) is that I connected my PC to a couple other phones (Galaxy S3 and Nexus 5) using them in MTP mode. I have reinstalled Google and universal drivers several times, deleted the device from device manager, etc

Jan 18, 2016I've been looking for an app or xposed module but no luck. I've been out the Android game for awhile with the iPhone 6 but now I'm back. On the iPhone there is a tweak to allow you to have a guest mode button on the lock screen.
I find it to be more convenient when someone picks up my phone. They can enter guest mode without the back and forth handling.

Jan 30, 2016So I was running screwd ROM with elementalX kernel. Everything was working great but I'm a long time DU user. Went to their G+ page flashed ROM. I had issues with it so I wiped and restored my backup of screwd ROM through TWRP. The first go around I selected to restore all partitions. It got stuck on the boot logo. Booted back into recovery and restored android again. This time I unchecked the vendor image box and restored the rest of the partitions. Worked like a charm.

Dec 26, 2015I've got my N6P International set, with nanosim.
Every once in a while, when I'm surfing the net, facebook etc. my data would just drop from LTE to "No Service" and stays there for 15 or so seconds before jumping back up.
I have tried going back to stock/locked bootloader, tested with another sim card and yet the issue occurs.
Using my sim card on another phone shows no drop in signal.. if I should RMA my device. Currently back to 6.0.1 Chroma.
Its getting really frustrating in the last 10 mins to drop over 3 times.

Feb 12, 2015Not sure if there is a formal way to submit issues (I did not see one) however I have a Z3 Dual that is on 23.0.1.F.0.96 and the temperature format does not stick. I have set it to Fahrenheit countless times and the next time I go into the calendar it is back to Celsius. If there is not a formal bug submittal process it would sure be nice so that issues like these can be resolved...
