Jan 17, 2012My wildfire S does not appear to have a calendar function, is this correct? If it is should I download one from the Android Apps market?

Jun 15, 2011I tried yesterday to find a way to synch my outlook calendar with my Wildfire. The interweb told me to download a tool to my laptop (htc synch) to do so, but that didn't work (basically because after the download finished my laptop said there was some kind of tech error). Tried this 3 times .

I was hoping to use this to enable me to access the internet on a netbook and it seems like the Portable Wi-Fi Hotspot function would do the trick.However, when I tried this I get on to a T-Mobile page that is then asking me for more money and it seems that T-Mobile can detect that it is a different device than the phone trying to access the internet.

Aug 17, 2012I bought a Wildfire S a year ago. It was all good until a month ago, when the phone started restaring on its own. At first it used to restart once a day or so.. But of-late the frequency has increased, it keeps doing it every few hours. I tried solving the issue by hard reseting the phone. After which it was fine for a few days and now it has started again.

Apr 13, 2011Considering buying one of these, either this or the ZTE Blade (Orange San Francisco in UK). The Orange San Francisco is cheaper and has a bigger screen with more resolution, but the Wildfire looks more solid. Can I put 2.2 or 2.3 on it though?

Jan 5, 2012I was on a bike ride 5 days ago, and had my phone with me, and realized it was on red and had only 11% charge left. I then got home and realized it had turned of because it had ran out of charge, so as usual, put in on charge, however no orange light lit up, and it wouldn't turn on or charge. This is supposed to be easy: just use the RUUprogramme that can be found on htcdev.com. The problem is that all the versions of the RUU there require a LOWER version of the ROM. I have 2.26.401.3; no RUU seems to be working with this.

Jul 23, 2011I have a vert strange wi-fi issue. I was advised to do a software reset a few weeks ago and that sorted the issue I had at the time. However, it will now not connect to my home wi-fi. It says it's obtaining an ip address, sits like that for about 30 seconds, disconnects, scans and tries again in a loop.
