OK so the title would have you think I have the developer option turned on to show touch location. I don't have it on. I've checked and restarted my phone. It still gas a little circle wherever my finger touches the screen.

I mounted a Micro-SDHC 32gb card to my Xoom. It DOES recognize the card, in the storage section, but I cannot actually get to the card or know where it is located. I have Astro File manager, but there is an SD card directory already in the Xoom.
View 3 Replies View RelatedMy phone has been acting weird lately in a number of different ways. Firstly, if I am in a message with my keyboard open, and press the power button, when I turn on the screen again, the keyboard is stuck on the lock screen.
Secondly, my keyboard seems to be overlapping the pointer when i tap on a word and when I spell a word and it autocorrects,but I want to revert to the previous word so I tap on it, that previous word in the dropbox is hidden behind the keyboard as well. See attachment.
Facebook places was working fine on my device, but now it wont show my proper location on the facebook places map when i'm at home....when im out at other places it works fine, but i've never had this problem before as i used to be able to check in where i live...Blackberry maps show the right location but the facebook one dosn't....My facebook is up to date so i know thats not the problem.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI could never get going with my GPS on Nokia E72. My position never shows the correct location. I have downloaded India map and use it offline. I have enabled A-GPS, Integrated GPS and Network based GPS.
Positioning server use : Automatic
Access Point : Idea Internet.
Server address: None
Internet option is offline as I have downloaded the map. Do I need to to make it online to A-GPS work?
Open the Maps application on N96, then select "Options" -> "My position", the application will show a Red Circle on the Map to indicate the current position, and the position is correct, but when I walk to another street, then select again "Options" -> "My position", found that the Red Circle is still on the previous street. What is the problem? Why Maps can't show "My second position" correctly?

I've tried hi accuracy mode in the settings, wiped the cache, ininstalled maps. All without success. Even Google earth is reporting the wrong location. what I can do to resolve it? Factory reset? How good a job does the restore feature on the pc version of smart switch do at restoring the phone?
View 3 Replies View RelatedRecently, my location shows as Texas but am actually in Maryland. If I am using wi-fi, the location shows correctly. It shows incorrectly when on 4G. I tried rebooting, de-selecting location services settings and rebooting but still have this issue.

After updating to 6.0.1 or some new version of the phone app I have been unable to search for nearby places in app. The toggles for it have been turned on and off multiple times, turned the phone on and off, played with turning location settings on in different modes with the location history on and off in each scenario. Haven't tried clearing the cache and I don't find it to be a big enough problem to warrant a factory reset.

The issue started on saturday( i didn't drop the phone or got it into water or anything other than the usual use) i went to lockout the screen and i didnt see any image after a few seconds the screen started showing image no issues. but today when i woke up i went to check the cellphone and the screen didnt show image at all no matther how much time has pass. This is bad because I have weirdo friends who send some weird messages and I dont want my parents or my little brother to see them. I had the same problem with my old C902 phone, I dont remember how did I did this. and Its different brand to brand.

I don't know what happened but Google maps and Google now think I am on the other side of the country. I am in Ohio and it is showing my location as in a neighborhood in Salt Lake city, Utah. I have turned location, WiFi and GPS on and off. Also I have turned the phone on and off. I am on T-Mobile and my other phones location is correct.

Problem Description I was in a middle of a workout with the MOTOACTV. It was connected wirelessly to my heart rate monitor. During the workout the UI became high latency and almost completely unresponsive. It would take 3 4 presses to the Power Key to get the device to wake up. When device did wake up, the CapTouch UI would not accept any swipe or touch gestures. I finally was able to power the device down hoping for a graceful reset. However I was concerned that I was never going to get to the point of getting to the power down screen. seen this issue on other Android devices and know that there are times when a battery pull is needed due to a deadlock or a process gone haywire.
View 5 Replies View RelatedI just bought the new Nokia 5233 phone.Whenever the phone is locked and I set a alarm. There is no way i can stop the alaram other than to reset the alarm manually by alarms-> edit.
There will be two touch buttons that apper on the otuch screen. One to stop and other to snooze the alarm. Even If press them, it wont work. The alaram keeps ringing. I even tried clicking on the green button and the menu botton at the bottom. Still no use. I cant even unlock the phone. Only thing i can do is press the red button at the end, which will snooze the alarm. After this, I have to manually change the alarm time.
The same thing happens even with phone calls. I cannot use the touch button that apper on the touch screen. I have to use the green and red button at the bottom.These problem come into picture only if the phone is locked. Otherwise it works fine.

My Sprint Touch Pro's touchscreen slowly died today. And I was wondering if anyone had any advice on what I should do. I bought it on eBay and apparently the warranty is non-transferable so that's void. I have it on Boost so I'm guessing going to Sprint is out of the question also.

Now is this rectifiable? Or better to go for an exchange? I dont trust Nokia Care because my e72 is still with them for some error which they are not explaning properly. Poor customer service.
