Nov 7, 2011I bought this phone on the 16th of feb but now mass storage is gone not showing anymore not even on PC... i did everything like installing latest software, restore, delete data and restore and hard reset but still not detecing mass storage.

May 6, 2012Since the Belle update, whenever I take a picture I am able to view it in the phone, but when I connect to a PC to transfer the picture in Mass Storage, the pictures are not there. I've looked in both the Mass Memory and Phone Memory folders. I've checked to see if the photo has a saved file name which it does. It finds them in Ovi Suite but I much prefer to use Mass Storage, it's so much easier and quicker to use.

Mar 4, 2010Does anyone have a fix to get windows 7 to show my Storm in mass storage mode? The transfer in Roxio media manager is slow as **** and since my new PC has windows 7 I have not been able to get it to show the device memory cards a drives that I can just copy and paste to.
It's time that BB and Verizon get their S*&T together and stop tossing out excuses for the reason as to why things don't work. Take the time you would to write the excuse and come up with a patch or fix to the problems.

May 9, 2012Everytime I connect my Droid3 to the computer my Droid Pulls pictures and music FROM my PC and puts it on the phone. Sometimes it will pull All of my pictures, and sometimes it randomly selects 2 or 3 HUNDRED of them. I recently decided to add some music to my phone and as I was creating my "playlist" to sync to my droid, I noticed that something was happening. Before I even hit sync, my phone pulled ALL of the music off my computer and stored it on my phone.
I have tried to delete the pictures by going into the file on the computer and I get half way through when it locks up. I have to delete EACH picture.
I have gone to the Verizon Store, they have never heard of this happening. They did a reset, which thrilled me because I lost all of my ringtones and downloaded apps. It also erased all the personalized ringtones I had set.

Apr 5, 2012my iphone was synced on another library soi tried to backup the files but i had no space on disk so i changed the disk location from prefrences but then i got the same msg again , now i have no disk space and no backup files plus i can't delete the files because i have no idea where they are , what to do to free some space on disk now ? !!

Aug 20, 2012My mass memory is showing that it is in use even when it is not connected to any device or gadget, It all happened when I formatted my Mass Memory via PC in mass storage mode !!Format was successful but when I ejected 701 from PC the Default file manager was still showing that the mass memory is in Use. I tried everything from updating my software via Nokia Suite to re-booting my device a multiple times and also removed the battery many times and also I Hard Reset my device many times but to No avail .

when looking at my storage, I have used 49gb for music, and around 5BG for photos/apps/videos. So, you can say in total I have consumed around 54gb, which should leave me with a healthy 60gb or so. My phone is saying I only have 9gb left?! Â
In iTunes the bar along the bottom which shows a breakdown of your storage shows over 50gb being used by 'other', when this is definitely not the case!!Â

Jul 2, 2010no matter what settings I use on the 9650 "Memory" settings. I cann't get any computer (Windows 7 or XP Pro) to recognize the device as "mass storage device" so I can access the memory card. There is plenty of items on the card, and I can access them fro mthe decive, but the computer won't "find" it. This is with DM 5.0 and 4.7, on windows XP Pro and Windows 7.

How do i get this set up so it automatically puts my pictures from my phone onto my computer? Aug 25, 2014My iTunes tells me that 15ish gigabytes of my 32gb(well technically 29 but whatever) iPhone is being used by music, This is perfectly fine with me but my iPhone tells me a different story. It says that over 18gb of my phone is being used. Why is this? could it be related to the 6+gb of "other" clogging up my phone? I've done just about all the tricks in the book to reduce my "other" and none have worked, Restoring the phone is at best a temporary fix. I don't even have enough space on my phone to do the most recent update. And yes I do realize I could remove some music but all that's going to do is give the "other" more space to grow.Â
