My car stereo (honda civic euro 2011) doesn't work with the HTC one and I went into the mannual and i found that the system only reads FAT32 files found on most USB drives. Would it be possible to partition a Micro SD Card with music to have FAT32 and still retain all the storage on the card?

Yesterday, I picked up a new iPhone 4. I went to work, downloaded 4.0.1, downgraded the phone successfully, and jailbroke it. I hit the "Make it Easy" button and figured that when I got home I'd capture the SHSH files using Umbrella.By the time I got home, Apple had stopped signing 4.0.1 - I must have squeaked by just in time. Cydia still says, "Pending TSS request", but I think that means that Cydia didn't get it in time.Is there any possible way to get the blobs off of the PC at work? I know that itunes deleted them as soon as it was done with them, but has anyone ever recoverd them before? I hadn't done much with the PC the rest of the day, so there's a pretty good chance that they haven't been overwritten yet.

View 4 Replies View RelatedRooted, kitkat 4.4.4. I like to backup my entire nexus 5 to a large external sdcard using ES file explorer and stickmount pro. After an initial copy of all files it would be nice if I could copy "only changed or new files".
The 32gb sdcard is formatted fat32 and although I can copy files from the phone to it my backup failed when I tried to copy large files. I get an error message saying that there isn't enough space which is nonsense because the external sdcard is almost empty! Not sure why.
Im going for vacation for 2 weeks and im not bringing my laptop with me. Is there a way to transfer pictures/videos directly to a usb/hard drive? I will be shooting lots of videos, etc
View 6 Replies View RelatedThe memory on my phone's memory card was almost full. So, one day, I decided to copy some files from my phone to my computer. I connected my phone to my computer with a usb cabe, and my pc was able to detect the memory card and open files. However, whenever I try to copy files onto my pc, it gets 3/4 of the way completed copying and then the error message for an I/O error appears. Sometimes, it also says "the wrong diskette is in the drive".So then, I tried taking my memory card out of my phone (micro sd card) and plugged it into my computer (which has a built-in micro sd card port) and for some reason, it isn't able to detect the card and all of my pc's disk drives "disconnect" and I can't see them in "My Computer". I have to restart to get the ports working again.Flash Drives and other SD cards work, just not my phone's.So in conclusion, some problem with my phone or computer is causing an error that doesn't allow me to copy/move files. (I am running windows vista and my phone is the Samsung Memoir btw)
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
I have an iPhone 4 and want to use it to hook up to an aftermarket Pioneer stereo via USB. I was wondering if anyone has already done this and if anyone has had any issues. I don't have the stereo yet because I am a little wary of incompatibility because I have heard that iOS 4 has some issues with car stereos. Let me know if you have done this or if you have gotten it to work.

Both start with ".thumbdata--" and are followed by a number, one is 348 MB and the other is 470 MB in size! My card has 16GB capacity I delete them but they keep coming back whenever I use the camera, the gallery or change the wallpaper.
I allready re-installed the ICS and reboot my phone so this is not a solution
on my previous phone (Xperia Z2) I can plug in to my computer via USB and copy files to/from the internal storage or SD card. When I plug my Nexus 6P in to the computer the same way, I just get an empty folder. I can't see all the files on the internal Android file system. Is this normal?

I'd like to edit some of the system sound files and edit the theme and just open it up for customization. My girlfriend has a MyTouch 4G and my brother has a Samsung Prevail and I've rooted both their phones. I wish the Seek was as customizable as Android phones but hopefully you guys can help me out. I tried doing a search and nothing came up so I decided to post this topic. How can I go about editing the firmware to change system sound files and appearance? Can anyone link me to a how-to or explain the procedure to me? I'm not on the level of a developer or anything like that, but I can follow instructions pretty well and I can figure stuff out.I searched Google and found this, is it the right tool? View 4 Replies View Relatedi used to get all my hotmail emails on my phone until one day i tried to login to my hotmail on my pc and it kept saying wrong password until i got logged off. i eventually got the problem resolved and my hotmail account restored but i still havent been able to setup my hotmail email on my blackberry curve since then. i can get to it through the web browser but cant set it up automatically because it says update failed everytime i try to set it up. I tried setting it up on a friend's blackberry and it worked just fine. resolve the problem because its my primary email address and i need to be alerted as soon as my emails come in.

After updating it all it did was open, nothing else, then it just closed. So I deleted it, thinking I'd reinstall it, but it doesn't show up in appworld when I do a search. So I go to appworld online and send have it send me a link, but no reinstall button. So i delete appworld to see if that will fix it. now when I try to reinstall it I get the message..."sorry your device does not meet the system requirements that are needed to support blackberry app world" Ok.....so I reinstall the os just for the heck of it. Still same thing. Why is it so difficult to add apps to this phone? I never had this kind of grief with my 9000.
