HTC One M7 :: Where Do Downloaded Documents Go
May 1, 2014They come in email, they download and it says they go somewhere called "phone storage". They are not located in the "Downloads" icon app. How do I find them?

Feb 9, 2012o2 certainly couldn't! I started having trouble reading downloaded pdf's. Any time I tried to, I got an error message telling me that "the pdf could not be opened because there is a pending dialogue on documents to go. close this dialogue and try again". o2 were like, bugger off! So, I have deleted documents to go thinking there was no point in having it as it didn't work properly. On App World I cannot find any alternative pdf readers - even thoguh an internet search suggests they are out there - and I cannot find anywhere where I can redownload documents to go.

Dec 11, 2014I just upgraded to an iphone6 plus and now in unable to open documents that are sent via email. I used to receive the exact same documents on my other device and had No problem whatsoever. The document appears now as a winmail.dat.

Just how the **** does one properly back up Documents to Go?
I've paid for the full version natch, and for those of you who have done likewise you'll know that Dataviz is a horrendously stingy company who only allow you to re-download the product a set number of times before they ask you to give them a few more quid in the form of 'download insurance' to get hold of it again.
The last couple of times I did a firmware update I tried backing up Docs to Go using BBSAK, but both times after reloading all the CODs that sounded Docs to Go related, it refused to work or I'd be missing one of the programs in the suite etc.
Does anyone have any advice? Perhaps a full listing of all the COD files associated with a fully registered version of Docs to Go? I ended up paying out for the download insurance last time and still have a few downloads left, but I'd rather know how to be self-sufficient about this in the future
