IPhone :: Test User Account: What Does It Mean
Apr 29, 2012Today and all of a sudden i was downloading an application from apple store using my account, but the download failed and the following message appeared: "this is not a test user account, create an account using sandbox envirnoment"This is the first time that such thing happens to me knowing that I've downloaded hundreds of applications using my account without any problem.

BB Curve :: Changing User Name On Email Account?
Sep 17, 2012My ISP has moved my email account to an imap server. The email now has a different username and password, although still the same email address. the emails are now not coming through to my blackberry curve 9300. I've tried to change the user name (in settings, email, login info) but it won't let me edit the field. Should i delete the whole account and start again? They are coming through on my 02email address but that's not very useful to me.

Jun 28, 2012I am facing trouble with my iphone 4s with the software ios5.1.1.I get a pop up whenever I download using my iphone 4s saying This is not a test user account. Please create a new account in the sandbox environment. [Environment: Sandbox] Ok so let me explain a few things, after doing some research on the web, here are answers for some questions that you might ask.
1.) No, my iphone isn't jailbroken.2.) I can download from my ipad2 but not from my iphone 4s3.) This is the third time this happened. The first time it happened was back in May, I restored and backed up my iphone. Then on July 26 this happened again, so I backed up and restored my account again. Then the problem came back just now.4.) My mom, two sisters, and one brother all use MY ACCOUNT on their devices. I use my account on my ipad and iphone 4s. So in total, six devices are using my account, two of those devices are mine. 5.) To be fair, I only experienced this problem when I put my account on my brother and sisters devices. However I don't think that's the problem.6.) Yes, I tried to sign out, turned off my iphone, opened my iphone. Yet I still get the same error.7.) My mom and siblings can download perfectly, my ipad even works, it's just my iphone that's causing trouble.

May 2, 2012I've recently purchased a used 9900 and have gotten stumped on the following problem. The previous owner's emails are still coming into the general messages inbox.
Since I've gotten the device, I've done a full security wipe (multiple times), upgraded the OS to 7.1.0.402 (1333) and have gone through the service books without any success.
I've contacted the seller, who has in turn contacted Rogers Wireless to remove BIS service from his account (he switched to iphone) however, the messages from 2 of his internet based email accounts (Gmail & Yahoo) continue to be pushed to the 9900.
I've wiped the device (on-baord and via pc), I've re-entered by BBID, I've even attempted to access Rogers BIS activation page however, when I request the password to be resent, it send a blank field in the email.

I have 3 e-mail accounts going to this phone and each has a new password. I do not know what my user name is, I set it up 2 years ago...how do I retreive my username? when I click on "forgot password" it says the password has been sent to my phone, but I never receive it.

Jun 1, 2012My friend has problem logging in so he wants me to ask. Every time he login with his gmail account, a page appears and says "create new user account" which request for a username. If he enters his username the page says this username is already taken for someone. If he he enter a different username, it says that email is already taken to someone.

Apr 22, 2010I just got a replacement BB Bold b/c my old one died. I have my work email on my BB which is on an exchange server, that works no problem. I used to also have my personal POP account on my device as well. When I configured my new phone and put in my old SIM card into my new phone my POP account icon appeared on my phone. However my device is not recieving any of my POP account messages. I tried deleting the POP account through "settings" and "email settings" but the icon still appears on my device.I initally deleted my POP and added it again anyway and it still does not work, any suggestions?

I don't think that will work. How do I change it to an Outlook Express account. Apr 19, 2011I used to have my work e-mail address (not an enterprise account) linked to my blackberry. I have no idea how it happened. When I tried to set it up it asked for a password and I didn't have one for it. I closed the e-mail set-up thinking it had not worked. However, despite the blackberry saying it could not set-up the account, lo and behold a few minutes later I got the e-mail account activation message and everything was working. This was before I downloaded the new OS.Fast forward to today: the e-mail account accidentally was deleted. Now when I try to set it up I get more or less the same messages but it does not work magically as it did before. I have contacted our IT administrator to ask if there is ac password for my specific e-mail. We use Microsoft Exchange Server. He told me there are no other passwords than the one I use to access my e-mail through the internet. However, I have tried that password and it does not work.
