Feb 28, 2010When using my OZONE on GSM mode, the T-Mobile network ID shows on the banner.In CDMA, the network does not show at all on the banner, but does so on another brand phone.

IPhone :: Call Notification Show Full Screen Pic But Now Getting Small Banner
May 10, 2012When I received a call, I always received a full screen photo of my contacts (the photo I stored in my phone). Now, I receive the full screen photo on one of my contacts, but everyone else has changed to a small banner at the top of the screen, with a very small photo in the top right corner. I can't figure out why this happened, or how to change it back.

Jan 2, 2012I am not rooted and after I updated my phone the Verizon Wireless name is gone from my notification bar and lockscreen! I am starting to feel like Verizon isn't adequate to approve or disapprove of updates if they cant even put their name on my phone.

Jul 7, 2010i saw on kevin's Internet video about the blackberry messenger stress test that it said "crackberry.com" at the top where it would normally say the network's name. is there a way i can actually enter in what i want or at least have the network's name on there? it's really annoying to have that blank space there at the top of the screen. it looks awkward for me.

Dec 5, 2014I just switched to the iPhone 6 and I realize that when I'm on a phone call, my phone vibrates if I get a text or email, but no banner pops up showing what it is. When I had the iPhone 4s the banner notification would pop up on the screen so that I could see who had texted/emailed/etc. while on the phone without having to click into the notification center. Is there anyway I can change settings on my phone so that I can still get banner notifications while on a phone call?

Jan 6, 2016I always use WhatsApp web. Before getting my Lumia 950 I used Android: when I received notifications on WhatsApp web the screen of the phone remained off so the battery wasn't suffering much.
On WP I first turned off the notifications on lock screen: then I realized it wasn't even making sounds nor vibrate! Then I turned the banner in WhatsApp notifications settings off: now the notifications are there without turning on the screen, but I have no banner even when the phone is unlocked.
Is there another way to prevent for every app the screen from turning on when locked and a notification arrives, and show normal banners when unlocked?

Aug 31, 2015This was working very nicely on the iPhone. I'd setup a route via Google maps, and go. While driving a call would come in, I answer it. The phone screen is displayed.
Because the phone screen is displayed Google maps notifies me of an upcoming navigation instruction. It also auto mutes it's navigation voice so as to not disturb the phone call.
Google maps will also display the same notifications in the lock screen on IOS.
This is much the same as Android dropping down the phone controls when you're in a different app and an incoming call comes in.

When I go to a day with an all day event scheduled all I see is the color banner on the top with no event description. When I click on the banner to open the event all the info is there. When in week view the information is displayed in the banner.

Jan 15, 2013My other half gets an error on her Razor Maxx phone that says " Network error please check the network" . It comes up just about every time she does anythign with the phone. She called the provider and did troubleshoot it and they say nothing is wrong with the settings and network. Almost say that it isn't happenning. Feb 3, 2010I have tried several different OS versions - including the current 5.0.0.442, and several previous versions, and I cannot set "show free time" and "show end time" to "no". I have also tried this across different devices since TMO just warranty swapped my old one and it is still happening on the new one. When I change it to "no" it won't save - I can click "save" and nothing happens, I can't exit the screen until I click "discard". Ideas? This makes me nuts.
