For some reason, my phone can't connect to the HTC Sense server. HTC Likes can't connect, I can't get details on apps from HTC Hub, etc. Also, I can't locate my phone on HTCSense.com I've had my phone for over a month
View 4 RepliesThe other day I went to look at my phone and it was off. I never turn off my phone, and the battery was around 80% when I had left it only an hour before. Since that day, the phone seems to shut off at random times when the battery shows okay. I can be texting someone or just looking through contacts and it just shuts off. when I try to restart it sometimes it stays on for a bit, but sometimes I have to plug it in just long enough for it to boot and then unplug it and it can be good for hours. I drained the battery down to nothing and then fully recharged it in hopes that it would work, but it keeps doing the same thing..?

To be honest I've noticed this problem with different smartphones Pantech Duo (windows mobile) , and now my HTC Inspire (froyo 2.2) and also different types and brands of bluetooth headphones but currently my problem is with the Jabra BT620s. While listening to music they work fine but if i pause the music for a min or 2 the headphones won't reconnect I have to turn them off then back on, or if they are in standby for a while the phone shows they are connected but there is no sound when i restart my music or when a call comes in. I've seen this problem all over the internet but no solutions.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI am syncing iTunes playlists plus one WMP playlist. Inspire 4G on Win 7 with latest versions of everything. Every time I connect to HTCSync it thinks it needs to sync all my music again. Takes a looooooong time. Sync's the same songs over and over. Does not sync all of the WMP songs in the playlist. 8GB chip with 2.1 GB free so I don't think room is an issue.

I was trying to send out an email today, and my iPhone could not connect to the server. I tried to re-connect multiple times, ultimately deleting the email account from my phone and attempting to re-install it. When I put in all the info into their respective fields and hit "next," all I get is a message that says "Exchange account verification failed." When I go through and save it anyway and try and update emails, it says that it cannot connect to the server. My IT dept. says no changes were made, and I've already tried a restore and restored from a backup, as well.I have no contacts, emails, or calendar on my phone!

For some reason I can not receive nor send MMS on my Blackberry 9520 Storm 2. I do not even see the option to send a picture as a text when I go to my pictures. I am not sure if this is the phone or my provider. I have my 9520 unlocked and on AT&T with an unlimited data plan and unlimited text. I have tried having pictures sent to me as well, but that also was no luck as I NEVER received a text.The second problem I am having is that I can not access the Blackberry App Store. Every time I try it says that it can not connect to the server.
Edit:: The App Store problem is no longer present (turned off the network and turned it back on), but the MMS problem is still present.

View 1 Replies View RelatedFrom my european carrier page on blackberry.com (tim.blackberry.com) i'm trying to add an email account and blackberry cannot reach my imap server, imap-13.luxsci.com imap-13.luxsci.com is a fully working imap server in the US, and so it is my email box and my logins are correct.For some strange reason, when adding the email account, blackberry cannot reach my server, and my email provider says blackberry doesn't even attempt tonconnect to that mail server (not even one row in his imap connection log). It looks like there are dns or routing problems between blackberry.com and my imap-13.luxsci.com server . I don't think is a blackberry bug, as I have successfully added a gmail account. Just routing / dns / whatever connection problem with my server.

If I do refresh I get a brown banner at the top with "Cannot connect to emote server". This has happened after using it once to plan my first trip. Since then this is all I get. It wouldnt have bothered me but now it asks to log in for me to update the phone software so cant update. If this doesnt get resolved I am hoping that software updater in pc suite still works? I had this response from Nokia but not very helpful:"This problem could be related to security software on your PC preventing Ovi Suite from accessing the internet.
