Jul 12, 2011My problem is when i try to connect to HTC server from my phone(HTC Hub for example) it said that my email or password are wrong but that's not the case.

Jun 20, 2010I've been connected to my work email account through Microsoft Exchange for the past year with no problems. I was trying to send out an email today, and my iPhone could not connect to the server. I tried to re-connect multiple times, ultimately deleting the email account from my phone and attempting to re-install it. When I put in all the info into their respective fields and hit "next," all I get is a message that says "Exchange account verification failed." When I go through and save it anyway and try and update emails, it says that it cannot connect to the server. My IT dept. says no changes were made, and I've already tried a restore and restored from a backup, as well.I have no contacts, emails, or calendar on my phone!

May 26, 2012My wife and I both have HTC Sensation 4G. We tried to connect to one another using Bluetooth but it does not seem to work. We both have the same bluetooth settings, and the phones are visible to all. We can both connect to a laptop. When we search for available devices, the phones find eachother but then just say "Connecting". We can't seem to actually pair.

May 28, 2012My HTC sensation was working fine on ginger bread. I could (and on multiple occasion did normally ) connected my phone to PC (windows 7) and used HTC sync to tranfer data between the two. But then came the update of ICS, and once I did that HTC Sync does not pick up the phone when I connect it. I have checked in settings oh phone in Developers options > Debugging is enabled.
This is what I get
"Finding HTC Sync on your PC.
Please wait..."
and after that
"Unable to find HTC Sync on your PC. Please make sure that HTC Sync is installed and opened on your computer. You can install HTC Sync from SD card by mounting it to your PC or you can download it from HTC Help Center . Note: for Windows only. "
I did a reinstall of HTC Sync (ver 3.2.20) from the internet and installed it from SD card.... nothing works.

Jan 27, 2012I've just flashed my phone and installed android 4.0 on my sensation. The phone works great except for the fact that I now have an issue with a high pitched sound coming out the 3.5mm headphone jack which is connected through my car audio system, when i try to make a phonecall. My music plays fine through the same setup so not sure what is causing the high pitched noise when i try to make a phonecall.

HTC Sensation :: Sensation Does Random Reboots
Jul 20, 2011I have had the phone for about three weeks now. I am past the 14 day remorse period and I didn't start having problems till after this period... Sometimes the phone will just reset bact to the white HTC screen then return to the home page after a few seconds, it sometimes asks to send the error report and sometimes it doesn't. It only did this once or twice out of the blue but now I am noticing it is doing it more often now. The phone has now also started to reboot back to the white HTC screen then show the t-mobile red letters screen then start up. One time it was completely off even though it had battery power and I had to turn it back on. Just last night I was in the middle of a phone call when the phone just dropped the call then rebooted to the white HTC screen then said it recovered from a fatal error or whatever the message says and asked me to report it.

Jan 20, 2010For some reason I can not receive nor send MMS on my Blackberry 9520 Storm 2. I do not even see the option to send a picture as a text when I go to my pictures. I am not sure if this is the phone or my provider. I have my 9520 unlocked and on AT&T with an unlimited data plan and unlimited text. I have tried having pictures sent to me as well, but that also was no luck as I NEVER received a text.The second problem I am having is that I can not access the Blackberry App Store. Every time I try it says that it can not connect to the server.
Edit:: The App Store problem is no longer present (turned off the network and turned it back on), but the MMS problem is still present.

Dec 31, 2010From my european carrier page on blackberry.com (tim.blackberry.com) i'm trying to add an email account and blackberry cannot reach my imap server, imap-13.luxsci.com imap-13.luxsci.com is a fully working imap server in the US, and so it is my email box and my logins are correct.For some strange reason, when adding the email account, blackberry cannot reach my server, and my email provider says blackberry doesn't even attempt tonconnect to that mail server (not even one row in his imap connection log). It looks like there are dns or routing problems between blackberry.com and my imap-13.luxsci.com server . I don't think is a blackberry bug, as I have successfully added a gmail account. Just routing / dns / whatever connection problem with my server.
