View 1 Repliesyesterday when i was taking pictures with my Phone, it randomly rebooted and it got stuck at the booting screen with the LG Logo and the screen turns black and the LG Logo reappears, i have searched the internet and it seems like its a boot loop that so many people have had, i have the LG G4 Dual Sim international Model, i contacted LG Care center and they told me they must erase everything on the phone and i dont want that to happen cause i have taken so many pictures and videos that i dont want them to get deleted that easily.
View 9 Replies View RelatedI have searched through the forums but not seen anything related to the problem i'm having. I have a curve 8900 on orange, the problem is; When i turn on the BB, it gets past the initial red light stage and when the OS actually goes to load, it will load to 3/4 of the way along the progress bar and just stop, constant reboots and battery pulls it will stil load to 3/4's and stop. I have tried using the application loader from command prompt as described in some threads on here and using the JLCmder, using the plug in and press next when the red light comes on, this process works untill the aplication loader tells the device to reboot and it loads again, cos it gets stuck 3/4's of the way, the application loader cannot continue and finish, it just sits there constantly trying to connect to the phone.

View 5 Replies View Relatedmy Nexus 5 all of a sudden. My phone wouldn't boot up and is stuck at the google logo and would not go further no matter how long i wait. I tried going to the recovery mood which i did but when i selected recovery mode using the vol up and down keys to navigate and hit on power button nothing happened, just a blank screen. I can soft reset or hard reset my phone. All i see is a blank screen if i try doing a soft or a hard reset and if i try to power on normally all i see is the Google logo.
Using Android 4.4.4
No rooted
I cant figure out if this is a software issue or a hardware issue. I read a few posts about people talking about the power button. The power button seems to be all fine.
I tried updating blackberry msg, twitter and blackberry protect through app world, it asked for a reset after the installation, the phone got stuck on the boot screen, did battery pull a couple of times and still it was getting stuck at that exact point, finally reloaded the OS and it still didnt bulge, tried a couple of other OS downgrades and it's still stuck on the boot screen at that exact point
View 9 Replies View RelatedI just jailbreak and unlocked then I went to do a master reset and delete everything now it is stuck at the apple booting screen, and sometimes I get a little loading circle. Itunes wont recognize it.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI got the S6 Edge from t-mobile (g925st). I believe the OS crashed, the phone won't boot up. If I turn it on it will display the Samsung galaxy s6 edge logo and reboot again. I tried to go into recovery mode but it just reboots itself. The only mode I can go into is download mode.
View 2 Replies View RelatedLast night I did the lollipop update for my Samsung s5 using Samsung Kies and all went fine until it booted up. The phone just kept rebooting itself after being on the lock screen for a few seconds. I booted it into recovery mode and factory resetting and wiping the cache but after the setup screens it just keeps restarting again.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI have a SGS2 that is one year old, I still use gingerbred 2.3.3, and I haven't attempted anything special prior to getting the problem. I first noticed I had a problem when I booted my phone yesterday: booting took much more time than it use too, but then it worked. After entering my password, I got access to the usual page, but then, pop-ups appeared one after the other saying: "Sorry, need to close the application "name it". Thanks for trying again" (don't know what's the precise wording in english because mine is in an other language... still, you get the picture). The phone still works for calling, SMS and a bunch of apps... but applications like facebook, twitter, lookout, dropbox and a few games won't boot anymore.
Other things I noticed:
- I lost a few apps (at least 2) that disappeared completely from the phone
- I can't erase the cache when accessing settings/storage. Also, it won't recognize the SD Card space availability in the storage section. However, when looking at it by accessing settings/applications/memory usage, I can see what are the apps on my SD card.
- There is no correlation between the apps that have problems and the ones found on the internal SD memory card.
- Over the past month, my phone would sometime reboot after being closed. Didn't happen frequently, but I read this could be linked to the USB port? Anyway, just saying it here while I'm typing something.
- Finally, I have the feeling the OS version is not the one i had previously (downgraded?) because several apps asked to be updated after rebooting the phone a few times. Just I feeling because if i changed the OS for an upgrade, it was over 10 months ago.
So that's it. I already tried booting with the three buttons trick to erase the cache in basic mode: didn't changed a thing.
I am stuck on boot screen.. I went into download mode but I keep getting stuck on Setup Connection when I try to flash the stock rom.
View 2 Replies View Relatedafter the apple encryption stories I also wanted to take the step and encrypt my S6 running 5.0.2 stock(just rooted via ping pong root, no other modifications). Searched already here if there are problems with encryption + stock root, found a thread saying it works fine.
Now started encryption 2 hours ago, still having a screen like this URL... and phone is cold, so Im guessing its stuck there. Can I do anything in order to not lose my data?
I am trying to install the stock rom from samsung in odin. it boots the setup screen
'welcome!
preparing device for first time use...
this may take 3 or 4 minutes...
please wait...
It spins for 30 seconds and reboots back to the welcome screen for about 30 seconds and continues to do this over and over and over again. i have tried factory resetting it...re flashing stock roms...Oj7,Ol1, OL1, and still keeps rebooting after about 30 seconds into the setup.
I have a GS6 (international) stuck in bootloop. I need to go into recovery mode to fix it. However, my phone is restarting and stuck in bootloop. I cannot power down the phone from this state and I cannot enter recovery or download mode. I would like to know if there is a special button combination to completely shut down the phone (power button from this state does not work)
View 1 Replies View RelatedDropped S6 in water, turned off and left in rice bag for 2 weeks.
Tried to turn on today and it only boots to download mode, everything else just reboots the phone. Also it will only turn on when connected to USB so i'm guessing the battery is dead also.
My main concern is I have photos that I really want to try and recover and yes I know I know, always have a backup, as a desktop technician I really should have had that setup on my phone but here we are.
So my main target is to somehow get into recovery mode and then use ADB to pull files from the phone.
I've tried to flash many different recovery files but they always fail in Odin v3.10.7, log for Odin is:
<ID:0/006> Added!!
<ID:0/006> Odin engine v(ID:3.1005)..
<ID:0/006> File analysis..
<ID:0/006> SetupConnection..
<ID:0/006> Initialzation..
[Code] .....
I don't want to flash stock firmware cause I'm guessing that will wipe the phone and photos?
I have galaxy s6 G920F and I can't return to stock ROM, if I flash via Odin android 5.1.1, it says successful then stops on boot screen. I also did factory rest after installing also cleared cache but nothing happens. I tried France stock ROM 5.1.1 XEF I guess also UK BTE but I got same results.. but I can install custom ROM and it works fine but I need to return my phone but can't until it's on stock ROM.
It also says dm-verity verification failed. I just need to boot with stock ROM other error or warning messages don't matter..
I have been experiencing a rather annoying bug on my S6. After unlocking the screen, sometimes the status bar will not pull down. This happens about 1/5 unlocks. I have to lock the screen again and then unlock for it to work again. Since the status bar is usually the first thing I use after unlocking, this becomes a real pain. I was hoping that the recent update would fix this, but it's still happening.

View 1 Replies View RelatedGot the S5 back in March about a week ago my phone went into headphone mode. I've tried all the tips and tricks to resolve it. All except factory resetting and resetting my phone would be my last option. Did the cotton swab, paperclip, inserting headphones in and out repeatedly, restarting, taking battery out, switching to mono and then switching it out.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have seen several posts all over the internet with this or similar problems, but none of the discussions seem to be fully and absolutely resolved: The email icon on the home page (the default Samsung email app) shows unread emails, but even after I read them and/or trash them the icon still shows "1"
I have three accounts set up in the email app, and the Combined Inbox shows no unread count, yet the Inbox for by Gmail account indicates there is one. This is weird, no? Why wouldn't the combined inbox also show one? But I digress: how can I find that invisible unread message?
I have tried clearing cache of the email app, and the cache and data of the BadgeProvider app (which apparently is the app which controls all such notifications)...but this, I'm thinking, still wouldn't explain the odd count within the app where the individual inbox indicates one unread message, yet the combined inbox indicates none.

Icons are getting stuck in my status bar when I'm on my home screen. New icons will appear over the old ones and it looks like a mess. It looks shadowed. How do I clean that up?
View 1 Replies View RelatedI had enabled SD card encryption on my Galaxy S5 a few days back which went perfectly fine but as soon as I restarted my phone yesterday, the SD card went inaccessible. For the last 24 hours it is showing "encrypting SD card" and "checking for errors" messages in the notification. It's a Kingston 32 GB class 4 card and has important data that I'd like to get access back to. I can't even use it in another device now to copy data because I have encrypted it. Formatting it would mean I loose all my data.
