Nov 4, 2015I got the S6 Edge from t-mobile (g925st). I believe the OS crashed, the phone won't boot up. If I turn it on it will display the Samsung galaxy s6 edge logo and reboot again. I tried to go into recovery mode but it just reboots itself. The only mode I can go into is download mode.

I have tried everything from removing battery, removing SD CARD, SIM CARD, connecting to charger, connecting to USB cable on my laptop, holding volume up, home, and power button. My biggest fear is losing all my data. I have 100's of photos of my 3 month old newborn on my phone memory because I was running low on my SD CARD. I can't fathom losing all her newborn pictures.

Sep 1, 2015Some of my pictures were deleted so I tried to root and get them back. I tried to root my GS6 (SM-G920F) and now my phone is stuck on "Recovery Is Not Seandroid Enforcing". I used CF auto root and Odin.
I would like to know how to backup data? The pictures and videos are more worth than this phone.. I would like to know how to backup my pictures and videos and restore this to factory settings.

When i'm on a phone call it automatically brings up the dial pad instead of going to the standard options like speaker phone and mute and all that. i often switch to speaker phone when on a phone call and i have to click twice when i could just click speaker phone.its just annoying i was wondering if there is a way to switch it to default to the speaker phone screen?

Jul 31, 2015I've noticed that when I restart my phone some of my developer options will get reset to default. I haven't fully troubleshooted which ones get reset but specifically: "Wi-Fi verbose logging", "Allow Wi-Fi roaming scans", and "Limit background processes" all get reset to default after a restart. Other settings like: "Include bug reports in power menu", "Use NuPlayer" stay the same after I restart.

Apr 15, 2014I did a factory reset on my phone because I'd been having battery issues and just wanted to restart.
I backed it up using the HTC account and used dropbox to store all of the information.
I can still see the information in my dropbox account (when I access it through the a desktop browser).
I have downloaded the dropbox app again and it's listed under "Settings > Accounts & Sync"
However now I've completed the backup and am looking to restore the information, I go to:
Settings > Backup & Reset > Restore from HTC Backup > ... But then there are no cloud backups to restore.
I believe in that last menu should be the option to restore my dropbox account.

Jun 13, 2015Last night I pulled my S5 out of my pocket and there is a new lock screen that tells me "To unlock, enter the recovery password" I am very about locking my phone before putting it in my pocket, so I find it very hard to believe that I accidentally mistyped my PIN multiple times. I don't ever remember setting up a recovery password, and have tried every combination of passwords I might have used. I tried the google device manager. When I attempt to lock the phone with GDM, I get this message, "Google has verified that a screen lock has already been set, the password you entered wont be needed"
Every time I try the wrong recovery password, it tells me I entered the incorrect recovery password 1 time and all data will be erased. The only way to avoid this is to pull the battery and try another password. I have searched all over the place and cannot find a solution. I have found 1 other person that had the same problem and ended up wiping their phone. I am trying to avoid that.

Aug 4, 2015So i recently switched to a new rom from my previous rooted one. Unfortunatly, i forgot to enable developer debugging or oem unlock in developer options before i restarted, so now my phone is in a boot loop. It wont go into recovery mode, or boot into the system. I can only go into download mode. My knox is tripped, and it shows frp lock. So far i tried flashing the stock 5.1.1 firmware using odin, and it fails on nand write. Tried flashing a new bl and cp, but frp blocks it.
Right, model of my phone is SM-G920T
Seems to be when i was trying to flash the original firmware, i got an old one, F6, when the correct one is F8. Went through with odin and seems like everything is back on track!

Jul 26, 2010I bought a Sprint 8330 from a guy on Craigslist, and it worked fine until my girlfriend freaking wiped my phone trying to guess my password. So I got on crackberry and followed the instructions from Lecture 12 of the BB 101 and got it up and running again. Or so I thought.. Now, I have no browser icon whatsoever, and all of my MMS options are gone. I believe the phone had OS4.3 before because now all of my home screen stuff looks different along with my inbox. I just wanna have my MMS and Internet back. Should I go back to 4.3? Or is this something really easy that I just don't know because I'm a first time BB user? Help pls?
Also! I had the phone flashed over to work with Cricket Mobile. I doubt that has anything to do with it though considering my MMS and internet still worked then.
