I have change my handset from S3 to S5 since then experiencing this problem. Though I have set 25 emails to be downloaded, the old emails that I have read or deleted are coming back and back as unread.

When i checked my email today it said "could not connect to server" and when i tried to delete the account (hotmail) and set it up again, it recovered all my DELETED EMAILS and moved them to my inbox as unread. So now i have like 2,226 unread emails.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have 2 e-mail accounts; mail drops into each as it should. When I open my e-mail on my PC, mail drops into my accounts (Outlook) and is deleted from the server. At that point the e-mails are also still on my phone. However when I next switch from one account to the other on the phone, all e-mails are deleted from both accounts on the phone.This was never a problem with my HTC Wildfire, when I would delete mail on the phone manually, which is what I want to do now.

I`ve tried taking out the battery deleting all chats and messages on my phone and also deleting bbm all together and even when i did this it still said I had the unread messages. I have no group updates nor have I synced a blackberry messenger contact with an existing phonebook contact. The only thing I think it may be is someone I`ve deleted trying to contact be but I`ve removed all deleted contacts from my ignored list so why arn`t the chats showing up?

This happens every time. It is not "New, Unread", only "Unread". Emails replied to on my PC do not have the same effect on my Blackberry. View 3 Replies View RelatedI have searched around and found many problems faced regarding the email icon showing unread emails but in actual fact there are none. My problem however is the opposite of that - there are unread emails but it is not indicating as such.
This is specifically for Gmail as all my other email accounts are showing unread emails just fine. It is a minor issue but it does get on my nerves trying to figure this out.
Recent activities include upgrading OS to OS5 and changing telco, doubt if these are the cause of it. I have tried deleting and creating the email account and battery pull to no avail.
Is there a way of highlighing all or numbers of emails so blocks of emails can be deleted rather than one by one?

However, if I delete an email on my iphone, it will be deleted on my computer's Outlook. When I open an email, in either place, it will show up as read in both. This is whole issue is also taking place with my iPad. I have reset my Outlook on my iPhone several times, yet it is still not sycning.

My blackberry is receiving the email of today and also the email of 2 months' ago (marked unread) . For example, it received new email of July 30 and automically load the old email of May 30 again to the blackberry. The loading of old mail happens everyday. The problem happens since my office PC was recovered the outlook data.

I'm not getting either with nova, but with Touchwiz I at least get Samsung unread badges.
For some reason my counter option in nova settings keeps turning itself off! It'll work fine for a day or 2 then just stop. Open up settings and it's been switched off.

I receive a number of legitimate business emails through MS Outlook on my laptop, although some may incorrectly come through labelled "bulk" in Outlook (i.e. an email sent from someone I know just to me). These same emails do not come through on my BB. My BB does otherwise receive emails. how to correct so I receive all emails on my BB. I am not on a BES.
