I have updated my E5 software from .042.010 to .042.014 on 06/06/2011, after the updation I am unable to install any kind of software on my cellphone. At the time of installation, it somehow stop responding and I have to restart the phone to continue my work.

When I turn the phone on now it starts installing something and then I get a message saying "Unable to complete the installation from the memory card. Now When i installed this 3.18.036 version, I come to know that this is for symbian belle and not workign well in my E7, very sluggish in performance. So I unistalled the Nokia store. Not having access to the screen is a problem for two reasons: 1. I don't know who is calling me (as the screen is dark) 2. I cannot use any of the phones functions (i.e. speaker, conference calls, hold, etc.) This all started when I upgraded to Software Version 022.014 with Software Version Date 2011-07-05. The steps I've followed in the 3rd step fo update process (i.e. Install) are as follows with screenshots attached:
1. It checks for valid installation file (see attached "Installation file validation.png"). Since the update has been downloaded by it previously, it proceeds to next step.
2. It starts preparing to install (see attached "Preparing to install.png").
3. It show USB connection active screen with a windows notification saying "Nokia E63 disconnected via USB" is seen on "Install screen". (see attached "Install Screen.png" for "Install Screen").
4. Next with the same USB connection active screen, a windows notification saying "Nokia E63 connected via USB" is seen on "Install screen".
5. The windows notification disappears and the screen is still at the "Install Screen" (see attached "Install Screen.png").
6. Nothing happens even after waiting for a long time. Clicking "Next" repeats the above mentioned process from step 2.
Dialing "*#0000#" gives the following info:

RM-437
(c) Nokia E63-1 (308.06)"
I'm unable to access contacts menu from menu>contacts or from button which i had assignet contacts menu. When i select contacts it only only the menu name "contacts" appears on top for 1 second and is returning to initial menu.
