i have a problem with installing applications to my nokia e6-00. I've tried to download application to my phone but i get an error while trying to install it. On the other hand, it installs games perfectly and it all works. I also cannot use Weather application.So, my phone wouldn't install applications, neither from OVI store.

View 13 Replies View RelatedI have just bought a Nokia E71 from a friend. For some reason I decided to delete apps I wouldn't use and deleted Top Hits Solitaire and Global Race. When I turn the phone on now it starts installing something and then I get a message saying "Unable to complete the installation from the memory card. To install remaining applications go to Application Manager." Could this be because I deleted the two apps? How I can find out what it is trying to install and how I can stop it trying to install it?

View 4 Replies View RelatedI have downloaded "storeinstaller_tb92_QTbundle_prd_PROD_3.18.036" and installed on top of Nokiastore which was updated from ovi-store via phone update. Now When i installed this 3.18.036 version, I come to know that this is for symbian belle and not workign well in my E7, very sluggish in performance. So I unistalled the Nokia store. It restarted the phone and i see that OVi store has come instead of old - nokia store,Now I am unable to update to the latest Nokia store which was working fine until recently, any suggestion how to update it via phone will be helpful, I have checked software updater, but no luck.Also why certain apps which I downloaded frombeta labs, doesnot update automatically, the updates ae available but everytime I hv to download from betalabs, why software update can't find if any update are vailable for the installed software?is it a bug in Nokia software updater?

So the problem is - how can i re-install previously purchased applications in ovi store?I thought it will be easy way, however it doesn't. Despite the fact that all of my previously purchased apps appeared in "My Stuff" section in Ovi Store applications, i cant download it, they only offer me to buy it again, I tried to solve this problem using pc, i wanted to download apps to pc from ovi store website and then move to phone. I did the install and after a restart, was prompted to do several more updates: Anna 1/2, Anna 2/2, Ovi Suite, Maps and Anna Service Pack. When the update finished I was told that Anna1/2 and Ovi Store had failed, while the others were all sucessful. I have tried it several times but it fails every time.The phone appears to be working OK but the failure of Anna 1/2 is a bit worrying as I do not know the significance of it and the Ovi Store failure is annoying as I cannot launch it. The Ovi Store would not launch previously either ,so I was hoping the upgrade to Symbain Anna would fix that

Trying to install my email settings to my new E7. For some reason I seem not to be able to find any other email setting possibilities than Mail for Exchange and web-based (Gmail, Ovi etc). I have tried to give the email settings program a dummy password to be able to manually edit the settings, but the phone seems not to provide me any other options than Mail for Exchange.
What should I do to be able to set up my plain old IMAP email? I have done that manually on already 5 different S60 phones so I am perfectly capable of doing that myself once the phone provides me the possibility to write the settings somewhere.
