When i want to put a picture as a wallpaper on my screen, my photo is cut by 2 blue bars: one at the top of the screen and one at the bottom and this is very ugly.I just want the whole pic as a wallpaper not cut with those two bars ! Whatever the pic i take it's the same thing. The bars are actually due to the theme but when i try to change it i don't have blue bars but dark or brown bars

so whenever i tried to remove ebuddy, my phone always goes hang for few seconds.

The first question is: How do I remove the annoying Lotus Notes Traveler? Uninstalling it doesn't work. I have read the solution is to use YBrowser, but I don't want to pay for using this software, nor do I want to use an untrusted application on my phone. Let's just say that I am paranoid about such things.
What is the next best solution to remove this? I really can't understand why Nokia is forcing this software on its users. Seriously. Not everyone uses Lotus Notes. And if you want to force it, why not provide an easy way to remove it?
I have an E7-00 that was recently replaced under warranty as the usb port had become very iffy and it was almost impossible to charge. The replacement phone has Belle installed, which is the most un-useable piece of software I have seen in a fair while. It is far less useful for business than Anna was, and I need to remove it and step back to Anna, if only because I used to be able to have 4 email inboxes on my front screen as well as the time, profile, date AND notifications area... now this takes three home screens to achieve which is completely useless.
Short of binning the phone and returning to an E90 (beginning to wish I'd never moved away from it) how can I make my E7 useable again?
I 've had my E7 for about three months now but there is this problem of strong hue of blue color that makes web and other pages very difficult to read. I tried Opera browser and that is very unstable almost to the point of unusable. how I can get rid of this blue haze and have a white background with black or blue lettering?

View 5 Replies View Relatedi got my new nokia e5 a couple of days ago, and its been working great, only right now every time i press unlock and then go to use it 5 seconds later it will black out the screen. it doesnt go straight to lockout mode but sometimes it wont let me go back to see mode for 5-8 seconds no matter what button i press.it did it the other night but only for an hour this is persisting.
I now tried to reset to factory defaults but that didnt work either sigh, i geuss its a faulty phone, ill bring it back to the guy, if anyone knows if there is some way to fix it because it is a looong way for me back to the shop

View 2 Replies View RelatedI've had a Nokia E7 for about half a year. it worked pretty well until the screen got cracked. It worked fine for a while, then the touch screen stopped responding. I got it fixed and it was working perfectly fine for about 2 weeks. i was using it one day, and it was eprfectly fine. I set the phone aside for a few minutes, then came back to it. I saw the whole screen was showing static, like when your tv has bad reception. i tried turning it off and on again, but it did not clear it up. I tried calling my number, and the phone rang. After about 10 minutes of curses and profanities, it cleared up again. About half an hour later, it became static again. Once again, after about 10 minutes, it cleared up. That night, i plugged the E7 into the charger, and the next morning, it was displaying static once again. i turned it off, intending to go see the shop. When i went, i turned the phone on, and there was no static. When he was checking it over, it went back to static for about 5 seconds, before returning to normal. When i left, i had walked about 50 metres when i reached to my phone to check the time. it was displaying static yet again. This was was about 5 hours ago and it has been displaying static since.

A little sound indicated that the phone was fully charge after two hours, the screen was indicating that the battery was fully charged. Removed the plug from the outlet, to my suprise...the screen remained lit up, still indicating that the battery was full. I waited for several minutes, it was still the same. So i turned it on. Things like the T-Mobile welcome animation when you switch it on and their horrible pink theme. (I can change the theme but I want to be rid of it...) When I receive a call my screen automatically locks and darkens. Sliding the key lock switch to unlock the phone doesn't work. Not having access to the screen is a problem for two reasons: 1. I don't know who is calling me (as the screen is dark) 2. I cannot use any of the phones functions (i.e. speaker, conference calls, hold, etc.) This all started when I upgraded to Software Version 022.014 with Software Version Date 2011-07-05. Both points above were working before this update.
