Well where to start, i've had so many probs with my curve 9300 lately its really getting on my nerves now. For whatever reason it likes to reset itself at random, which at times has happened 4/5 times in the space of an hour! Plus whenever im browsing on the internet it'll close the page im on saying its too large to load.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a Blackberry Torch 9800, and it was working fine. Then it switched itself off randomly and my immediate reaction was to reboot it. However when I done this, my phone froze, literally 1/10th into the line, so it's still very close to the beginning of the reboot. I tried rebooting the phone again and it freezes at the exact same place each time.I have tried leaving the battery out, letting the Blackberry reboot overnight, connecting it to my laptop and nothing has worked.

I have to patiently wait and no button works, but once the clock flashes off whatever i have pressed during the time it was frozen, the phone carries out quickly.

When it freezes I get a black squared clock at the centre of my screen. I then decided to whip out everything on my phone thinking if I did that everything will be back to normal. After whipping out all my stuff now not only do I still experience the same problem of freezing, I now lost all my BB Messenger contacts that I can't restore. I now don't know what to do. how do I stop my phone from freezing all the the time and how do I restore all my contacts!

(some for the better but some worse !)anyways to the point. I realized that my picture count has been resetted to IMG00001-xxxxx. Now, this phone freezes at least 10 times a day, irrespective of whether I am just playing a game on the phone or accessing something. It is becoming a real pain...had it been just the one phone, I would have said that it was something on the phone but this is happening on both the phones at random times. Is there some software that could resolve this? Is it the phone itself that is the problem? I am not happy with this. The fact that it is less than a month old says something. I don't even download onto the phone and am having these issues. There is not much on the phone at the moment as well.

I will press buttons the scroll button and nothing happens, then a minute later or so, it will sort of wake up and start responding again.The email, Facebook, and internet has always been extemely slow, but I think this is because I have only one bar of service most of the time.
The freezing thing happens in a variety of places - when I'm checking emails, trying to open icons from the home page, want to make a call, or most annoyingly, when I need to adjust the volume. Basically, it is having about a 30 second delay on waking up all the time, even when currently in use.
My blackberry curve's trackpad keeps freezing up, so I can't do anything with it. I can just about navigate through my messages as I can click on things with the trackpad & thank god for keyboard shortcuts ! I found a post saying that I had to tighten the TX screw or something of the sort but I'm worried I'll do something and then it'll no longer be under guarantee.

What happened was my facebook app froze after I tried to log out so I decided to re-boot the phone and now it freezes 3/4s into the start up. I have tried connecting with my desktop software, it is being recognised but not connecting fully so therefore I can't connect with any of the function ie restore. I have tried to do a safe re-boot but it still sticks at the same point.
