Cseries :: Corrupted C2-02 Communities App?
Nov 21, 2011the communities app in my c2-02 has got corrupted.. icon is still present in the apps n games folder... but... doesn't work n cannot be deleted either(says system file cannot deleted).tried updating it to the latest firmware (6.96)but still the problem continues.any place where i can download the latest version of this app..

I tried Free apps and paid apps still the same. Turned mob off and on etc.I was told by customer service to reinstall ovi store, i tried uninstalling it and going around in circles!

Dec 29, 2011I backed up my phone, AND memory card.I updated firmware from 025.007 to 025.008. Since I had been having some odd behavior, I decided after the upgrade to reset the phone using *#7370#. The phone did refresh, but afterward, the memory card was unreadable. The error using file manager showed "Memory Card Corrupted" when clicking on the "E" drive. I tried reading in a card reader and it too failed.So, I am doing a long 11GB restore, but wanted to post this in case there is a known issue. If not, perhaps this should be looked at. My understanding of the reset process is it does not impact the memory card.

Jan 14, 2012I lost the Ovi store icon from my phone today. I can see Ovi store app when I check application manager>installed apps. But it is not there in the menu. So I cant access it by any means. I tried installing the new qml store client. Even that gets installed but not available thru menu. I can confirm it is installed in the phone memory as I can see it in the installed apps list. But no way I can use it since there is no icon for it. Also I have lost my internet search engine which is used to search web content thru native browser.
