Cseries :: Corrupted C2-02 Communities App?
Nov 21, 2011the communities app in my c2-02 has got corrupted.. icon is still present in the apps n games folder... but... doesn't work n cannot be deleted either(says system file cannot deleted).tried updating it to the latest firmware (6.96)but still the problem continues.any place where i can download the latest version of this app..

Dec 29, 2011I backed up my phone, AND memory card.I updated firmware from 025.007 to 025.008. Since I had been having some odd behavior, I decided after the upgrade to reset the phone using *#7370#. The phone did refresh, but afterward, the memory card was unreadable. The error using file manager showed "Memory Card Corrupted" when clicking on the "E" drive. I tried reading in a card reader and it too failed.So, I am doing a long 11GB restore, but wanted to post this in case there is a known issue. If not, perhaps this should be looked at. My understanding of the reset process is it does not impact the memory card.

Mar 1, 2012Yesterday the software update Nokia Belle for C7 was approved for my region. I installed it instantly by following the instructions. After the update my device worked well, but I noticed some things that may point to a software problem on the device. I decided to reinstall it. I followed the instructions, the Nokia Suite checked and found the installation file on my PC and the reinstallation began normally. A backup was made of my contacts and other stuff, then the installation began.
Not long after that the Suit says that the connection to my device is lost (not a windows warning). It suggested several things to do to continue, but it couldn't. Currently my C7 is not working. I tried to remove and put back the battery & recharge it but still can't start the phone. When I plug it to my PC via USB, I hear the windows sound for USB device connected and disconnected after that. The only living sign of my device is the little white light, next to the USB port, which is blinking when I plug the charger and try turn the phone On.

THe problem is that the contact search is not working ie, when I open the dialer and enter some numbers, the phone does not search any contacts with those alphabets.The same was working fine few days back. If I type yahoo, it will just go to [URL] It used to show the search engines I could use. Also, in the options it would let me choose my default before, now there is nothing in the options about search engines.

Ever since I upgraded, if I go to the search screen, then flick the screen back to the first Aps page, the keyboard stays there in the middle of the screen and I have to click the off button off and on again.

Jun 9, 2010If you ever wondered why you can't install Maps for E75 using the file nokia_maps_3.01_09wk44_b01_s60_3.2_lm_rom.SIS, which is distributed at: Nokia Europe - Maps - Compatibility & download page, it's because the file is seriously corrupted.
According to SymbianOSv9.x SIS File Format Specification, the first 4 bytes of a SIS file must always be 0x10201A7A. Surprisingly this particular file starts with 0x0055E805 and contains 161 bytes of random data in front of a byte sequence that appears to be the correct identification header. Way to go Nokia! Who knows what else is broken in that file?

Also, my phone runs version 10.0.020, no update available apparently. Very strange, this phone was bought the one soled. I thought that all Nordic phones run essentially the same software version.

After few months of using phone, more and more files are becoming corrupted.It's mean your videos, your audio files and maps is no more usable. After formating memory card works everything OK, but only for while (few weeks or months).What I should to do? Still do memory card formats, or try to buy new memory card?Anyway my girlfriend has the same phone and she has the same problem. I installed a 32Gb micro SD.

Everytime I transfer data (music or photo) on the card, it become corrupted. There is no problem with everything that stay on the internal memory.

I first tought the card was the problem. I tried it on the PC, I tested it with an app on the PC: the card is fine with no error. I also tried 2 other cards, they all do the same.Â
Lumia 1020 :: DNG Files Getting Corrupted
Sep 15, 2014Lately, I've been getting a fair number of corrupted DNG files in my Lumia 1020 - I mean, I guess they're corrupted, since when I import them to Lightroom, the program states it can't open or edit them.
Curiously, the 5 mpx are fine.. When I check the size of the DNGs, I can see that they have, exactly, 1 byte less, in size, than the DNGs that Lightroom can edit.
Huawei Nexus 6P :: Device Is Corrupted
Feb 1, 2016I got my Nexus 6P the other day and immediately flashed CM13 on it, and came across a couple of problems. I used the following guide, step by step: (Can't post links. but it's on Devs-Lab)
So, first off, after finishing everything (Unlocking the bootloader, Rooting & Installing Recovery and finally installing CM13) I came across a couple of problems. Firstly, my phone refused to start as it couldn't be decrypted even though I never encrypted it or set a password for the encryption (which it asked me for, to decrypt) so I tried to factory reset the phone. Didn't work, formated the phone which did work and now it launches / works with no issues. However, every time I start the phone it tells me that the device is corrupted and can't be trusted.

BB Software :: Address Corrupted Within Contacts?
Jun 5, 2011I enter an address for a contact, placing all parts of the address in the appropriate field, then save. When I reopen a little while later, the entire address has been placed in the first address field like a run-on sentance. Also, when I include the middle initial in the First Name field, it gets moved to the Last Name field in front of the last name that I entered. How can I stop this annoying behavior? Additional information: I am set-up to sync with gmail, but I did not change any contact information within gmail.
