the communities app in my c2-02 has got corrupted.. icon is still present in the apps n games folder... but... doesn't work n cannot be deleted either(says system file cannot deleted).tried updating it to the latest firmware (6.96)but still the problem continues.any place where i can download the latest version of this app..

Since I had been having some odd behavior, I decided after the upgrade to reset the phone using *#7370#. The phone did refresh, but afterward, the memory card was unreadable. The error using file manager showed "Memory Card Corrupted" when clicking on the "E" drive. I tried reading in a card reader and it too failed.So, I am doing a long 11GB restore, but wanted to post this in case there is a known issue. If not, perhaps this should be looked at. My understanding of the reset process is it does not impact the memory card.

View 7 Replies View RelatedJust to let people know that there has been an update on Nokia Communities Beta, and it's fully functional now, all the things that were 'coming soon' have arrived, twitter has the same functionality as Facebook, all the buttons work and share location will work when posting on either site (which means people with N97 can uninstall the feature from the new maps and get about 3meg back) I'd heartily reccommend it to those who have a compatable phone and you can get it here signing in with your nokia account log in http://betalabs.nokia.com/apps/nokia-messaging-chat.
