Jul 20, 2010I bought a Nokia C5 three weeks ago. The FM Radio function worked well untill yesterday. Today while I was trying to open the FM Radio the phone got freezed. Now I can't listening FM Radio even if I restared the phone and plugged the earpiece again. Whenever I tried to open FM radio it got freezed. What can I do?

Jun 23, 2011I bought the nokia C2-01 in march. After two months the radio and bluetooth is not working. When I click on the radio it always shows Radio Off (with or without the headset). And in the case of bluetooth The option On is not working. It always shows Off. I reset all the settings but nothing happened. And the sw cannot be updated through phone updates.

Not very often i have the battery down this low, and i know it is not good for the battery. I just wanted to see if it would turn off. I plugged my phone in at 4% so I did not run the battery any lower. I thought it was at 5% that it would turn off. Is the percentage lower? Or is RADIO OFF gone?

Dec 17, 2011Just today my Nokia C6-00 is hanging a lot...I didn't install any third party updates or packages.longback I installed few apps from ovi store and they were working fine..From today, don't know what happened, when I switch on my phone , it hangs for around 15 minutes. It's really unbearable when I wanted to switch to a different sim card in emergency...When the phone starts, it is just hanging.At first it shows : system error Then when I press ok, its gone and now the phone becomes unresponsive..When I press and hold the menu key, it shows different apps being loaded...First clock gets loaded and its gone.then contacts...then something called securewidget installer comes and it stays for 5 mins or so...then again fsmailserver comes and this one really stays so long that irritates me a lot...I tried to restore factory settings, it worked 2 or 3 times, but again then phone hangs when I restart it...

I dont know which update it was, but this is not important as I have updated to anna anyway (hoped to fix that by anna). Jun 4, 2011whenever i download and install applications from ovistore it doesn't continue and ends up as error. and when i tried to sync again my phone to nokia acount (the one where nokia sends link to your phone to sync it) i never receive the message. the instruction in the manual syncing doesn't seem so helpful as i can't find the "To create the profile, select "Menu", then "Connect", then "Sync" part.
