while updating my C2 03 device software with Ovi suite, my device automatically got switch off and getting error that my device is disconnected, try connecting by removing battery and USB cable and reinsert both and press power button for one second, but doing these stuff for 2 or 3, things not worked and in last I'm getting error code of 12052.

But: the code I used with Anna is no longer valid (I am absolutely sure I did not enter a wrong code) and "12345" does not work either. This looks like a bug in Belle because after entering some digits at random the phone tells me "wrong code" but starts working.

Tried to get it into recovery mode to install IOS 4.2.3 (I think, anyway - doesn't show the version number now?) with iTunes 10.5.3.3 Went through the update process but then dropped out with error code 1015. From googling it seems that this is when a phone has been jailbroken... My friend bought this off someone a while ago and says the person who had it before did this with Cydia... and has only really used it as an ipod themselves so hasn't noticed anything. Since yesterday, it didn't work , I get my IMEI to a site, and it gives me a ten digit code that calls master code, and said if I enter this code instead of my forgotten code ( I didn't forget it,it didn't work) it will accept by phone. But when I enter the master code it says "code error" too. I tried to hardware reset , but when i hold 3,* & green buttons and turn it on, phone asks me "continue using the phone in offline mode? " (it asks since when i tried to enter deference codes for several times), and i should to answer this and press other keys instead of these 3 buttons, so it didn't work too, I opened it key pad and clean again,but it couldn't help.

The timeout is fixed to 15 min, after you need to enter the code again if you want to use the phone!When seeting the security code you are forced to enter digit AND letters!I first tought it is a our corporate security rule, but IT department said no, it is the phone.Even worse when entering the security code it does allow only digits.If you keep pressing the lower right key, the alphabetic keys appear and you may enter a letter.(if you manage it you will need to send your phone to Nokia care, because it does not start anymore)Now when ever I want to access my C7, e.g. check my email, I need to enter the security code - accepted. However entering digits AND letters every time is quite annoying.

This has been thoroughly checked and I confirmed this was not the case (also confirmed no East Asian characters).The problem is definitely in the newest version of the Device operating system. When I rolled back to the old operating system, the problem goes away.I can not believe RIM has no contact capability within the Support website for people with problems! Very user unfriendly. On the restart, the error screen with "JVM Error 102" came up and the start up will not continue. I removed the battery and did the reset, but it still stops before it loads up.
