The suggestion I want to make is that a recording option be incorporated in the radio player on C6-01.I have it updated to Belle and I don't think it's ok that a pretty expensive phone lacks such a basic function.I need it for example to record a melody which I don't know, then ID it with something like SoundHound or Shazam.

View 7 Replies View Relatedi got my phone about 2 months ago. it worked fine for about a month, and then, just like that, it started to freeze in the middle of the recording for about 2-3 secs, then started rec ok, and agaian freezed for 2-3 secs and so on. After i downloaded the movie and played it, it played the same as the recording(with the freezed sections, but with sound). I checked the sw version(the last one), i changed the card, i formatted it. The problem(for now) is solved by taking down the recording quality, but i dont want this to be a permanent solution.

When I click on the radio it always shows Radio Off (with or without the headset). And in the case of bluetooth The option On is not working. It always shows Off. Checked the forum and did not find any on this post! Ran my battery down to 4% and radio did not turn off. Has Rim done away with this feature? Not very often i have the battery down this low, and i know it is not good for the battery. I just wanted to see if it would turn off. I plugged my phone in at 4% so I did not run the battery any lower. I thought it was at 5% that it would turn off. Is the percentage lower? Or is RADIO OFF gone?

View 4 Replies View RelatedI use my phone a lot to record audio of my bands' practices, and on my iphone this worked fine, however on my HTC one the audio is distorted beyond recognition. This happens when I use the stock voice recorder, as well as RecForge (and RecForge II) and Hi-Q MP3 Rec apps. Those apps have allowed me to try using front and back mics as well as disabling the Automatic Gain Control. Nothing has worked.
Now, normally I'd chalk this up to a (very disappointing) limitation of the phone, however last week I tried taking a video of the practice instead of an audio recording and the audio was crystal clear. Any audio recorder app that's using the same method as the camera app to capture audio. Lastly, I'd also be up for a video app that lets me turn off the video function and capture just audio.
I've noticed on my LG Keybo 2 that when I take a picture or record a video using the outer screen, holding the phone up-right (screen is horizontal), that viewing the picture or video on the inner screen is now rotated 90 degrees instead of staying in the horizontal position it was captured in! I have to rotate the phone 90 degrees to put the image "up-right". Not only that, (and this part is a little hard to explain in words) but think of a rectangle as the outer-screen capturing the image. The image on the inner screen crops off the sides, yet captured the top and bottom of the image/video that wasn't seen on the outer screen. Wtf is up with that?
