View 1 Replies View RelatedIs it possible to go to a radio stations' web site and use their streaming audio or 'listen live' feature? I had no problems doing this with my last smart phone (Samsung). Apparently the BB platform doesn't support streaming audio. Why not is my question and is there an application to remedy this. This is my first BlackBerry and although I really like the phone.. the user interphase leaves a lot to be desired.

It seems that when I'm listening to music and I'm on BBM and someone sends me a message, it stops my music and I hear the cricket sound but then my music doesn't resume after that. It's bugging me a little because then that means I can't have my music playing and getting SMS/MMS/IM notifications because it'll continue cutting the music off. It sounds like there was an issue when I did a switch device through DM. Anyone care to shed some light if you guys have the same issue?

View 2 Replies View RelatedI am having a problem downloading media onto my blackberry bold 9780. I have successfuly installed the CD that comes with the blackberry and the USB cable goes in fine to my blackberry. But then in the last step, it asks for my blackberry password. I believed this to be the 4 digit pin I use to lock my phone, but this failed. I tried other passwords that I use for other various things but it didn't work, and it wiped everything off my phone. After contacting my service provider (o2) they suggested I try changing my 4 digit pin because this is definitely the password it requires. I changed it, but again it didn't work. I was wondering if someone could tell me which password the blackberry needs so I can start putting music onto my blackberry?

I receive at least 20 messages a day from Blackberry Protect saying i need to log into my BBID, but when I attempt to i get the same message 'Unable to log into ID account'. I can't log into my BBID via BB Apps either. But when I use my BBID online I can gain access. It's just not possible to validate it on my handheld device. I have a BB 9900 Bold.

My blackberry bold turned off after being charged one day and won't turn on. i tried taking the battery out and plugging it in, but it refuses to turn on or even show any light on the screen. when its plugged in and charged, the red lights blinks for a few seconds about every other minute.

I have put in the correct password but it keeps saying its wrong and I have one attempt left. This has happened to me before and on the 8th attempt, it finally accepted my password. I have tried the "forget password" option but after I've filled the security question and new password, it either freezes and doesn't go to the next page or it says "bad request".

However when I done this, my phone froze, literally 1/10th into the line, so it's still very close to the beginning of the reboot. I tried rebooting the phone again and it freezes at the exact same place each time.I have tried leaving the battery out, letting the Blackberry reboot overnight, connecting it to my laptop and nothing has worked.

I can log in using my laptop and the ID and password are fine, but if I try to download anything via App World on the phone, it tells me that the password is invalid.
One Day I by Mistake left my blackberry uncharged and the next day I found that when I was starting up my blackberry by taking the battery out the red led light was coming ang then going. then I plugged it into the charger the a white screen is coming with a image of battery bein charged. I kept it on for a night but nothing happened so I connected it to my Pc. But the Desktop manager shows message " BDM cant connect to device... CLick Retry if battery is dead or booting." Device Is not working.
