Sep 1, 2011During a bbm chat the chat icon (in both email and bbm lisitng) changed colour to green i have other chats going on and they did not change colour. is this something I did or they did?

Apr 8, 2011My blackberry recently ran out of batterery and when I got round to charging it again it had an icon which looks like a green speech bubble with a white phone inside it and a red star and a number 1 next to it. I presumed it was a voicemail but my voicemail inbox is empty.

Sep 30, 2011I have a habit of saving all my sms text messages, and that was exactly what I was doing on my BB since June, 2011, from day one of using the phone.
However it seems that any sms beyond a month old automatically turns blank and becomes a green icon. Am lost since a lot of personal smses have vanished, including Flight tkt details - a day before my flight too..
lately the smses have turned green just 3 weeks out.... am desperate... since I also get a Application Memory full message.. inspite of saving all pics and music files on a 4GB memory card.
I would have to switch to my previous Samsung phone otherwise, even though it lacks a lot of features like my current BB..
I take a daily backup thru BB Protect, but it doesnt makes things better.

Jul 15, 2010For some reason my X6 stopped recieving email, but that wasn't a problem as i installed Emoze which is much better.But now a mysterious icon has appeared in the top left of my screen (under the 3G icon), but sometimes the icon also moves to the top centre and floats ontop of the date.It's a green square with a green circle inside it with a white triangle inside that.Anyone know why it represents and why it's turned up?It's not mentioned in the instruction manual and neither is it the emoze logo.

Right so I know a *bit* about Blackberry's (have a storm...) so I seem to be the go to for a lot of the bosses. As with most work phones, every other application has been deleted off it, eg bluetooth, instant messaging etc. The problem is that the Blackberry Messenger Message button (blue double B) is still appearing on his home screen, even though Instant Chat has been deleted.

When I go in to the BBM application, there is Nothing new; no invites, messages, or group chats.
