BlackBerry :: How To Reach An Intranet Server While Tethering With It
Sep 13, 2010
I successfully managed to setup my Vista laptop with my BlackBerry device to be able to surf the internet with it. What would I have to do to browse an internal webserver via the MDS connection? I do not mean via the internet because this intranetserver is not reachable from the internet.
I got a Blackberry Torch 9800 yesterday and I cannot get my personal email set up... It says 'Connection Error'Or facebook... It says 'Cannot reach the facebook server' whenever I try to sign in...I have a signal and UMA and my personal wi-fi is set up for the internet, but it just wont connect to either of these...
I upgraded Facebook on my Tour, and now I can't log in to Facebook on my phone.
After the upgrade, I clicked my Facebook App and enter my email and password, and after clicking "login" I receive the message "We are unable to connect to the Facebook server at this time (0)".
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the App, and taken out an replaced the battery but it still won't work.
i just bought 9000 . i have 3g data plan (not BB) , device has the Facebook 1.8 , when i try to connect it give me the error "We cannot reach the facebook server at this time. Please try again later. (100)

I recently got a brnd new BB Bold 9700, On a Data plan that allows you to get on the internet etc etc. The guy that i bought the phone off of (AT&T Store) Said this Data plan would be perfect for Social Netoworking and Etc. Well, Anyways here is some Information on my phone:
Type: AT&T OS: Lastest Version, Just updated as of November 9, 2010
Everything is also up to date.I have tried rebooting and everything. The Error message i get is "We Cannot Reach facebook server at this time. try again later. (100) I have also seen where others on google has said they are having the same problem. As for Twitter it says i need to update my data plan when its the highest package, and for myspace it says i have a Invalid password when it's 100% correct.
I have a tethering plan with my blackberry. I would like to tether my xoom wifi to my blackberry phone via bluetooth. Im able to do this with my laptop with no issues. I purchased the WIFI version with the idea of being able to use tethering while away from usable wifi.
I need to un link my email on the RIM server I no longer have my phone and every time some one sends me an email I get this error message Your message:To: personal info deleted@vzw.blackberry.netSubject: FW: Item personal info deletedSent Date: Mon Jan 30 17:08:25 2012has not been delivered to the recipient's BlackBerry Handheld.SO then they either try to resend OR I get a phone call telling me my email is broken!
How can I set server network in blackberry bold 9700 I want my third-party applications to access the organization's intranet using your organization's network.when i tried edit permission of third party application, it shows RIM->connections, interactions, user data.. only allow, deny permission is there..[URL]
i am using 9360. while activating hotmail, google, yahoo mail accounts etc. i do not have any problem. but while i am activating my company mail account server rejects me and gives "wrong password" answer to me. i have just discuss with my mail server this topic. they give me this answer: "blackberry using the docode service and we are using courier service thats why they are given problem and not working properly . "but they can not give any idea or any other answer about my problems answer. actually we are using company mail accounts on machines which were activeted before. but at now we can not active any new account or old accounts to new machines. we can not active any company mail account from last week. they gave me server setting and i tried with those too.. but at whole time the same answer "wrong password." we excatly know the pw but server do not give permission to activation.
I've received an email notification from Activation Server (donotreply@blackberry.com) telling me that I have successfully set up my email account with my Blackberry and that I should begin to receive new messages in approx. 20 minutes...strange though, I set up my email account over a year ago and have been receiving emails without problem.
I have reasonable, but limited, BB exposure over a number of years, but always in a simple email scenario (typically one handset, accessing a single POP3 account). However, for reasons that I will skip over at this point in time for simplicity, we now need to set up a 9300 (on BT, here in the UK) to be able receive from one (POP3) server, but send out via another (SMTP).Unfortunately, however, the BT web interface (BIS ?) only allows one address for "server".
How can I modify the server POP and Mail addresses and ports to configure my mail connection? I know there are advanced parameters but only accessible once you have already make initial setup.
I read about apps that allow tethering of other devices without the additional tethering plans... foxfi was one that was suggested... however, I don't think it is working on the S6. Any app that works?
We recently bought a Xoom, to explorer how it would integrate with our IT systems, and we experience problems with the Browser application, when trying to connect to our intranet website. The website resides on Microsoft IIS7.5 and uses SSL, and allows for basic authentication. This works fine for Android telephones and Ipads as well, but the Xoom browser will ask for credentials over and over again.
So my individual email account on our web server recently got messed up. All emails up to a certain date (let's say Sept 2012) were wiped out. My backups are spotty, there's no copies of my emails on the server, nor on any device (all my devices are IMAP'ed to the web server).
My blackberry has a copy of all my emails, but I don't know how to copy them back onto the server. Is there any way I can reconcile it up through IMAP? Or can I export it to Outlook, and then force it there back onto the server?
Has anyone had any luck doing this without a tethering plan? I have a brand new Imac with Snow Leopard 10.6 and just picked up the Bold 9700 through At&t.
It was fine, but the issue suddenly appears yesterday, when I drag the menu screen upward, it can't hit the top but leave a blue bar on top of the screen.
