I cannot receive AOL email on the BB for my AOL account, but have also set up another AOL email account and it does receive and send emails. Both accounts are also set up in Outlook 2010 on my PC where they both are working. Why should one AOL email account work and the other not, have both been set up the same way.
I am trying to set up a new Curve 9320 to receive email from my hotmail account. the email set up takes me directly to enterprise accounts and doesn't appear to have an option for setting up the internet email account.

I've had a 9300 curve since august and love the phone. However recently I've been noticing a problem with the charger in which I've had to wiggle it around to make the phone charge. However I tried it with the USB cablbe before and the USB slotted in fine and did not seem loose at all. I guess it's the charger that's broke? Perhaps the cable is loose or torn inside or something?Should I just get a new charger?

I've been trying to get this sorted for 7 days now and I am so close to throwing the thing in the bin. Are there any RIM/Blackberry employees on this board that can take a look at it or tell me why the service book message just isn't being sent?
FWIW I bought this phone off a friend, on the same network and PAYG and everything worked fine with their sim, I put mine in and it just won't work, no matter what.
I've wiped, reset, downgraded OS, upgraded OS, gone over all settings, talked to o2 online, by phone, in store god knows how many times, and all i get is "register the device" IT DOES NOT WORK!
EDIT: I have an active blackberry bolt-on/data plan with o2

I have a Blackberry Curve 9330, with Verizon as a carrier. For the last couple of days, I have not been able to place any calls. When I attempt to do so, either the call does not complete, (call was lost), or if it does go through, I get a very rapid busy signal. I have checked the carrier reception and it is strong. I have checked the WiFi...it is receiving a strong signal. I have spent hours trying to figure this out and have finally given up. I have taken the battery and sim card out twice, also, hoping to repair whatever it is that has gone wrong.
when i go on manage connections on my 8310 i got yellow for bluetooth not a green tick. i have tried to reset my phone and turn bluetooth on and off and it still wont turn green.i can send files to other phones but i cant recieve files.

I recently sold my Nextel Blackberry Curve 8350i. It has been since disconnected and I have switched to another carrier. I have sold the phone but I don't know how to receive my e-mail accounts from my old Blackberry. Can anyone tell me how to delete them since it has already been disconnected from the network. Thank You.
I'm new to blackerries but I have read that any sim card will work with it? However my Sim Card (O2 pay and go) is not getting signal and is just has the 'SOS' symbol in the top right corner. When i put the sim card in my old phone (not a blackberry) it works fine. Have I set up the blackberry wrong or is the phone faulty?
