have any of you ever come across this: some of my apps are missing, they weren't included withe the device software version. i updated my blackberry curve 8520 and now am missing a few apps like all the games that came preloaded, the words/excel/pdf apps from dataviz. what gives?

The software prompted me to change the settings to MTP, after I changed, my Mac couldn't detect the phone. After I disconnected the phone, I found that many of my Apps went missing. Went to Google Play store to reinstall the apps, only to get the message "App cannot be installed in default location". My phone memory storage has been really low lately, about 30Mb left, and I haven't installed any new apps. I have moved most of the apps to my SD card, not sure what has happened.

I just updated to the latest BB OS for my Sprint Tour and my Memo and Tasks applications have disappeared. The applications are not hidden nor did another wipe and install of the OS help either. I quickly looked at the files in the Core applications list and did not see the memo or tasks app there.

Motocast working great for getting pictures to and from desktop & laptop. I called tech suppoirt for email problem and was told to update my device to the latest OS. I did this and after rebooting device, there was no motocast app/logo and no USB selection window. I now can not download pics and can only upload files from my desktop and laptop.

I updated my BB 9700 to v 5.0.0.545 (Platform 5.1.0.140)and subsequently pressing on the "mute" button no longer turns on/off "standby mode.I tried the mute button during a phone call and that works fine. So I don't think the issue is hardware.Plus it was all fine before the device update.

The other never got the message but it also is receiving emails.The one that didn't get the message is recieving error messages on the oputlook even thought it still forwarding everything to the blackberry, the error messages come every 15 mins.
