Facebook calender is driving me nuts. It is the default calender, although I never want to schedule anything on it. Deleted Facebook app, the calender is still there. How is it possible to kill that calender account for ever and ever...?

View 1 Replies View RelatedAn old gmail account shows up on my Torch 9800 in Setup-->Email Accounts as an Enterprise Account. It also appears as an Enterprise Activation icon on my Torch screen. Finally, it appears on Contacts-->Select Contact List. This gmail account was once on my Torch as an Internet Mail Account, but I deleted the account (from gmail and from the Torch). It no longer exists as far as Google is concerned. It never was and never should never have been an Enterprise Account, and I don't know how it became one. How can I completely wipe this gmail account from my Torch?

I also have Yahoo mail separate app. The reason I associated my yahoo mail account with my Gmail app was the yahoo mail app's head was stuck in its arse (its performance sucked) . But there are two notifications for the same email and more importantly the yahoo mail app has started to do better- meaning I am not uninstalling it.
So my intention is now I want to remove the yahoo account from the Gmail. The problem is whenever I go to the Gmail app on my phone and remove the yahoo account By clicking remove account, it is gone. But, when I hit the yahoo mail app it starts from scratch like asking for username password and then showing "initialising mailbox". And finally the yahoo mail is again associated with Gmail !
Just got my XL and started setting up my email. Somehow now I have two identical email accounts: one is my gmail account, another is Outlook that actually points to the same gmail account. How can I get rid of the outlook one? also I am trying to setup a corporate email and it's just not taking it.

I have 2 email accounts that I use 2 different icons to access. in Gmail app, i can have both email addresses appear, I added 2nd email address, but don't like the way it works, and want to go back to how I had it before, but I am unable to delete the 2nd email address within Gmail. They say from Gmail, go into Settings, Accounts and Import, Check mail from other accounts, and delete the one I want to remove. I don't have the Accounts and import option. I have gone into my Email through settings and removed the 2nd email all together, but it still appears in my Gmail app..how do I get rid of it from Gmail? I want to have to apps, 1 for Gmail and another for 2nd email address.

I have recently synchronised my old Blackberry curve with my new Blackberry torch and unfortunately an old defunct email account has been transferred across - there was no way of removing this prior to the transfer.I have created a new email account and receive emails to this address, however, when I try to send an email, I have the option of chosing which account I use to send this from. I can cope with this, but what I cannot do is forward a received email onto someone else as my phone just appears to automatically select the old email address as the default one and I no longer have this email account. I cannot remove this from my phone as when I have tried to "delete an email address" the old address is not shown anywhere no matter where I have looked.

I recently upgraded to the Torch 9800. Of course, I also had to upgrade from DM5 to DM6. After syncing with Outlook, I now have duplicate calendar entries on my BB, but not in Outlook. I have checked the Default Settings and I only have 1 email address and calendar listed (CICAL and CMIME). However, when I go into Calendar Options, it lists my Outlook address and a "Default" calendar. How do I remove the Default calendar?
View 9 Replies View RelatedMy husband has the settings on the calendar all messed up .... he originally had my Google outlook calendar and his sync'd on his old S4 phone but his settings are messed up on the New S5 phone and I cant seem to get it corrected, the phone wont sync the calendar at all I've tried to clear the data and cache and stop the app. I don't see anywhere to delete the settings, hitting edit does nothing.
That doesn't work, cache and data clear....I think it might have to do with when we originally set up the phones on mine I told it I didn't want to use the samsung calendar and put in the info for my outlook calendar on my google acct. but I cant get that question about the samsung calendar to come up on his now that its been set up once and it keep telling him to log in to his samsung acct when he tries to sync it?
Somehow my grandson moved the calendar to the newsstand and now I want to remove it from the newsstand.

I deleted my login and password for my email account on my phone; I deleted the CIMIME from the Service Book and deleted something called BIS 5 from somewhere. I'm still getting emails on my phone. I sync my calendar with Outlook and the same email address so I haven't gotten rid of CICAL in the Service Book.

I have been trying for months to sync my iPhone mail, contacts and calendars with Microsoft Outlook (Office Standard 2007). Now I find a new "Outlook" account in my iPhone email. I need to remove that Outlook (a new Microsoft email program?) and start over. As long as that new Outlook account is on the phone, my iPhone icon is useless.

View 10 Replies View RelatedI recently upgraded to the Tour from the 8830 at work. My IT dept transfered all my information and there is a gmail email account icon, but the account doesn't work. I set it up again in the Email Setup section, but its not working. I removed what I did and the gmail icon is still there, but doesn't work. Can anyone help? My IT dept rep is an absolute ***** and has done nothing to help me with this problem besides telling me "well, I guess you just can't use Gmail on this phone", which is absurd since I could use it on the old one, so I know BB supports it.
