every time i try to download an app on my BB tour i receive an "app not available from BB app world" message. Even if i try to dowload the app on my pc, i receive an unknown error message.

Where the heck do I download BB Maps for the Tour? I went to the BB site, and it almost looks like they don't want you using it with the Tour. The link they sent me was for some LBS Ribbon or something not the maps program.

I went to download it, and it says that I am missing the MPTT module. I am running .419, however from following the forums, I believe this module started showing up in the 2 most recent 5.0 leaks. So for anyone who wants to try this, go for it.
I am trying to download apps from the store and it wont let me download any app even free ones. It tells me to sign in and to check my billing information. I check it and my details are correct but it says there was a problem with the previous purchase. How do i sort this out?

I just bought a Tour used. I havent activated it yet but through my laptop I installed all my info (contacts etc..) through the desktop manager. The service provider is Sprint. I have noticed that there are some apps/icons missing from the menu. Most importantly there is no web/internet icon/app and no BlackBerry app world icon/app. There are also others missing, Pandora, Sprint Nav, Sprint TV and a few others. These I am pretty sure I can download for free, but what about the web and app world? Why are they missing? Is it because the phone is not activated yet?

Heres the scoop, never had any battery issues with my tour before, I'm running .419 with a Driphter hybrid, I've had this running for a few months now never had drain issues till recently. I wake up to find my phone drained from meterberry reading 68% when I went to bed to 5% when I woke up. I have not installed any new apps. The phone seems to take extremely long to charge and I am draining on average between 15% and above 20% at times I can't figure out what happened. You think its time for a new battery?

View 13 Replies View RelatedI just got a new blackberry tour and I'm having a heck of a time moving new apps that I downloaded to my homepage. I downloaded three apps and was able to move them to the homepage with no problem by clicking the blackberry button and selecting "move to home". That is very clear and I understand the concept.
But for some reason I can't move any other apps. I can't move my facebook app because there is no option to "move to homepage" or "move". Pandora and all of these apps are located in My world in the Black Berry app world.Can anyone help me? maybe I'm missing something simple.
