Im going to South Africa on the 29th and I was wondering if there was anyway to get cheap calls back to the US? I set up the Verizon international data plan so I was wondering if Skype or Google Voice are options? I just dont feel like paying $3/minute

I cannot receive or make calls, send or receive emails or text messages. I have reset everything and even did the *228 thing but nothing. I have to drive around the block to make a phone call. Any advice for me besides throwing it out the window?

Or is there a good "THEME" that someone can recommend that will allow me to change the FONTS on the HOME SCREEN? I have enlarged the FONTS on the rest of the screens ( emails, text's etc) but am stuck with the microscopic fonts on the home screen.

My problem is all of my contacts somehow have a custom (or personalized) ringer. When I edit my contact details and go into Custom Ring Tones/Alerts,they ALL have Ringer_ClassicPhone as the personalized ringer...
Is there any way to re-set all my "personalized" ringers for my contacts or somehow make them default to my profile's set ringer?Also, I recently installed BerryBuzz and I believe this started happening (or at least I noticed it) afterwards...
I downloaded berrybuzz about a month ago and everything has been working great untill two days ago. Now the LED doesn't light up at all.I have tried battery pulls and that doesn't work. Any ideas. My next thing is to delete the app and redownload it.If someone else has an other idea that would be great.

Not sure whats going on here, but what can i do to resolve this issue. View 2 Replies View RelatedI've owned my phone for 8 months and I'm having ISSUES. This thing has been babied all over the place, so I want an expert opinion on what others think might be the problem...and if I should get a replacement phone.
I've had trackball issues with the phone since Day 1, but they weren't so miserable that I couldn't live with it, so I kept the phone. The phone has been pretty great: beautiful screen, fast, etc. etc.For the past month, I've had issue with:
1. Signal - Drops ALL THE TIME now
2. Dropped calls - Often
3. Browser "can't render page" messages when trying to surf the web
4. Hourglass of death
5. White screen
6. Screen freeze
7. Delayed delivery of push email
8. Trackball goes left, when I try to push it right, and vice versa (I even cleaned it)
I called Sprint and after much back/forth, they suggested I get the trackball replaced. I reminded them that won't solve all the other problems, so now they'll send me a replacement ("refurbished") phone instead.Does my phone need replacing or is there something else I can do to fix the above problems?And please don't say "hard reset" - not only has it already been done, but what phone requires so many hard resets in less than a year?
For the last 2 weeks, I've been receiving a call from a "private number." The calls come at either 10 or 11 AM and also at 2 or 3 PM like its happening on the hour. They are disconnected from the other end after 3 seconds...there is no one on the line, nothing computerized, no static, nothing. Anyone else having these issues? I have the latest VZW software fwiw.
View 6 Replies View RelatedI have my sound on "Loud (Active)" as I always do and then all of the sudden it stops making any sounds or chimes when I receive calls, emails, texts or facebook notifications.My calls and ect.are still coming thru, but just completely silent.I have to look at my screen to see I have a call coming thru and wait for the little red light at the top to see if I have any text messages and whatnot.Does anyone know why this could be happening?Now during the workday I will probably end up missing important phone calls and playing phone tag with people.Any help would be appreciated

All of the calls remain in his "call log" under the call log icon, which is good. But intermittently, calls will be missing from the list that appears when he hits the green send key. What is up with this? Is it a separate list? The calls will be there in the morning, and then sometimes later in the afternoon they'll be gone.

I changed the housing in my Tour to make it white but the trackball doesn't sit right and i have a problem scrolling down. I cannot dial in my new device because I have not been able to set up the dialing mode to automatically recognize this dialing format. Where can I do it? When I call local numbers with in UK the reciever of call is not able to see my number "BLOCKED" appears to the caller. however when I call to someone in India then the reciever is able to see my number on the phone.
