I have an iPhone 3gs. When I go to ABOUT I see i've got veersion 5.1, 28.3 capacity and 23.2GB available. Only 12 videos, no songs, 447 photos and 122 applications. Are any of those too many....and slowing it down? How can I make it quit stalling and run faster?
Is it just me or are there other folks out there addicted to finding ways to clear more memory? I'm hovering around 31mb after deleting Facebook (think there was a memory leak).
I am sure there are a lot of posts about this, but my question may be a little harder to find. I had issues with my phone and called warrenty so they sent me another one, I feel like the battery is draining a lot faster in this new phone, but its the same battery? Does that make sense? I didnt think it did...any suggestions

Right now it takes me sometimes at least 10 minutes to receive an email after it's sent, I was wondering if there's a way to make your email push like every 2 minutes instead of every 10.
Also sometimes when I send an email with my blackberry, the person I send it to receives it as a message with all symbols and not the message I sent. Is this a known problem, or is something wrong with my blackberry?
Out of nowhere today, my phones battery is dying faster than normal.I read the old posts about what to do, I close everything out by hitting menu..close, i erased all apps i never used, games i never used awhile ago and i never had a problem. I woke up this morning after charging it all night and had a full battery, i have only sent maybe 6 texts and had one BBM convo for 5 mins and closed it out after....i am doing a battery pull right now.any other suggestions? Maybe time for a new battery? Although I feel like this is still new.
I have a 8330 curve that was originally for sprint but unlocked to verizon. I have 37403473 bytes free before the battery pull and after replacement i have 38160293 bytes free after replacement. the applications i have are verizon backup assistant, BB core app, BB system software, BB app world, BB attachment service,japanese characters, korean characters, maps. BBM, simplified chinese, traditional chinese, brickbreaker, browser, documents to go, ethink memory, email setup, facebook, memo pad, myverizon, password keeper, phone and tasks.I do not know what a bt model/version is.
My problem is that I cannot make phone calls. my phone will say connected and the person's phone will ring but when the call is 'connected' neither one can hear the other. the only time i can make phone calls is after a battery replacement, if i have the phone plugged in i may be able to answer for up to an hour, but with it just sitting off the plug it may only be minutes. but it does not disconnect phone calls, i can be on the phone for an hour, without being plugged in and i can continue with the call.

I have a blackberry curve 9330 and it won't make it past the rebooting page, one day my phone didn't want to respond that much so I took the battery out and put it back in and it won't finish loading
I bought an unlocked Blackberry Curve off of eBay, put my AT&T SIM card in it, and it worked great for about two weeks. Then I ignorantly downloaded a "free theme" and about a week after this, my Blackberry started freezing whenever I would go to make a phone call, the screen just goes black and it freezes until the hourglass comes up and the phone turns back on in about two minutes. Also, if someone tries to call me, my phone will do the exact same thing and they will go straight to voicemail. I have removed all the applications from my phone and done my best to wipe the entire system, but it still freezes whenever I try to make phone calls. It has pretty much stopped freezing at any other times besides when I am attempting to make phonecalls now so there is a slight improvement. Is there any way I can redownload the operating software (even though the phone is unlocked) or what else would be advised that I do?
I have a new and unknow icon on my screen that appears only when I make phone callsIt is located on the upper right side of the screenIt is a little white rectangular box, in which 5 small "stars" are positioned in a diagonal line, blinking as I make the call.
My curve 9300 just randomly stopped working I cannot txt or receive texts or use bbm and when I try and make a phone call it says 7ut1 your phone is not activated on the network what does this mean and how can I fix it? I've tried taking out the battery.
1. charger AC-10E (plug 220 V) ... the best, fastest and so far reliable way
2. USB connection - a little slower but reliable way too
3. charger in my car LCH-12 with adaptor - here come some problems - sometime it happens that even if it is charged for 4-5 hours, after disconnection is the phone flat and beeps for charging.
Pilot light somethimes flashes properly = yellow breathing with green finish, sometimes it flashes very weakly in green (instead of bright yellow).
I got my s5 in July, VZW update installed a couple weeks ago. I'm really not sure if my problem started before or after the update, since I just noticed it.
When my calendar syncs, all calendar info entered via PC comes into my phone. NONE of the events that I entered on my phone are shared back to my PC, or to my husband's phone. I tried downloading google calendar instead of stock calendar, but same problem exists.
I have checked settings IN the calendar app, tried rebooting the phone, verified sync settings via SETTINGS> ACCOUNTS> GOOGLE, tried removing and then adding my google account. Is there some hidden privacy button that I may have accidentally clicked?

Please add if you find anything incorrect or have one of you own. 1. iPhone 3GS are the only models that have Voice Control. Verify this by holding down the home phone to activate it. 2. Know the Apple's website to verify the serial #. This will tell you what version it is. Have the link saved in your pc or smartphone. Calling Apple will take too long 3. As of this post, 3.1.2 and 5.11.07 can be unlocked. modem firmware 5.12.01 cannot at this time. 3.1.3 can be downgraded to 3.1.2, but not the Modem Firmware to 5.11.07. If it really could be done, someone would be doing it and charging alot of $$ to do it. 4. Not sure if this is the case with the new jailbreak, but 3GS model with the 3rd to 5th serial number at or above 940 are mostly likely the tethered jailbreak type. This have been the case from my experiences 5. Verify the size of the phone by going to Settings, General, About. There are times where the back has been changed to represent a different size. 6. Look at the LCD in the light. If you see horizontal lines, the screen may have been replaced. Also replacements don't get as bright as the original LCDs. In my area there are plenty of ads and more stores opening that repair iphones 7. If the buyer is claiming that the phone is unlockable, but it's on the connect to ITunes screen, chances are it's not. 8. Dual Sim iPhones and Mini iPhone are not legit 9. Verify no water damage has occurred by looking at the indicators in the headphone and USB Port.
when we charge the phone when it is switched off why it is jumping from 5% to 15% to 60% to 100%?When we charge the phone when it is off after draining the battery (or ) there are no ways to charge the phone since we are travelling
do we have to charge the phone to 3% and then switch on the phone then we have to charge again to 100% which goes gradually and it takes approximately 2 hours to complete the charge.When we charge the phone when it is switched off then it charges the whole battery within 45 Mins.I think this is a bug in the operating system since, I have never seen in my lifetimte that charging from 0% to 100% in less than 45 Mins.
I think i messed up my sensor board for my trackball because i can't click anything so i have to use the enter button for everything. the problem is that some links don't work with the enter button like clicking text boxes, are there any other ways to select these links?
I have not installed anything on my phone for several weeks and now this morning I can not make a call or get a call? I can not hear any audio on the call, via iphone, speaker or bluetooth.Not sure yet if anyone can hear my audio I have rebooted my phone 5 times. once it will work and I can hear on all channnels (iphone, speaker, bluetooth) then I make another test call to time/temp and I get nothing? I have just recently updated my iPhone from a pretty old version, and thought I had my contacts backed up in either iTunes or at least with Google from using their sync feature in the past. After updating I have none of my contacts and when I select to use iCloud, no contacts appear. I have also tried resetting everything to see if it then comes in.
Any tips on ways in which I can get my contacts back?
