BB Curve :: 3G Cant Make Or Receive Phone Calls?

my blackberry curve 3G just cannot make or receive any phone calls today.people can ring my number, but my phone didn't show it and whenever someone calls me, it just pop up a msg saying what" uncaught exception applicationrfregistry.wait for (xxxxxx)" and sometimes it even say " what dead threat"Also, i can't even make phone calls. both the green and red button cannot be clicked. I tried to click into contact book and make a call, but then my phone's screen is frozen and i can't do anythings on it until its return back to wallpaper.i checked the core application, i saw the "phone" application stated "unavailable"
