BB Torch :: Won't Connect On Reboot From Drive Update?
Feb 15, 2011It says it should take up to half na hour but it's been an hour and a half and that bar isn't moving and I'm freaking annoyed! What do i do?

Jan 11, 2012I was having issues with my trackpad -- and this thread said to do a clean reload. So I did, and left it going overnight. When I came back to it in the morning, it said it couldn't connect to the device, and that it might require a password.
I don't have a password set, so I clicked retry. I got the same message an hour later. The progress bar looks like it has about 80% left to go.
The phone has been reset to factory defalt, so I'm worried I've lost all my files. I did a few backups before staring, but I have no idea how to restore it myself, and if I should interupt the process.

Dec 18, 2011I have just upgraded my Blackberry 9800 O/S and now it will not connect to my Range Rover phone kit via bluetooth and it always worked before. Other phones all still connect to the range rover - what bug has been introduced here and when/what will be done to fix it as I cannot roll back the O/S. Apple IOS works fine.
sees bluetooth inbuilt car kit, connect to it and then shows "land rover bluetooth connection failed" - have tried reboot of phone and changing settings to no avail. Try with any other phone and it connects straight away as normal and always has. Is this another Bberry Bluetooth issue I have read about. Wishing I hadnt upgraded now as cannot use handsfree in car due to O/S update.Is anyone else experiencing this issue since the recent O/S update by Bberry ??

Jan 27, 2010Was in an internet cafe and tried to connect to the internet but it wasn't working so I thought I'd just give it a restart. On starting up I get the "Connect to iTunes" screen.
By fluke I managed to get home and then connected the phone and all happy. Thought I don't want this to happen again - so turned it off to check. Sure enough on reboot - Connect to iTunes.
Even flick to Airplane mode - Connect to iTunes.
iPhone bought outright in Australia and unlocked by Optus from their network.
I normally use a Three sim in the phone - which shows it is unlocked.
Got a Claro SIM in Argentina. It is prepaid.

Yesterday i went home and activated blutooth on the phone.It showed message of the features it found and seems to connect (radio showed the connect icon) but then just did a reset and reboot.I tried several times. Every time after/while pairing with the radio the lumia just reboots itself.

Oct 23, 2014Don't know if it's just me, but occasionally I'll get my Wi-Fi tab (in Action Center and Settings) reporting that networks are "available" but it can't connect to any. Even my own network to which I connect all the time.
I have discovered that after a Reboot everything is back to normal. Wi-Fi connects fine.
I seem to have isolated it to when you leave a premises still connected Wi-Fi and let it drop-off you get this behaviour.
But surely you shouldn't have to turn Wi-Fi off every time you leave a place!!!

Dec 12, 2015Is there a known issues with the 950XL (or Win 10 in general) regarding wifi stability. My 950XL refuses to stay connected to the 5.0GHz wifi network. After reboot it will find and connect to the network fine, but after about 10 to 15 minutes the connection drops. When I go to the available wifi list, all the 5.0 GHz networks are missing and only the 2.4 GHz ones are offered. The only way I have found to get the phone to find the 5.0 GHz ones was forcing a reboot.

I have tried being connected to the computer without the battery and then replacing the battery that did not work either. like this model it has all the features I need, I need to have it functional ASAP or I will will have to change the phone and the service provider.
