I have had my BlackBerry Torch for about four months now. For the first two weeks I couldn't download a single thing, yet on my curve 8520 the downloads would never fail! One day out of the blue my torch started working, I was downloading at inbetween 100 and 200 mbps... And no download was failing! No matter what the size! I think my biggest to date was close on 1 gig! I was told by my carrier that I had to do an OS update to solve another minor issue I had, which I did! After that update, no matter what I try download it fails! So, my question is... What exactly do they take off or put on the phone in order for it to all of a sudden do this?
I have bought several aps on the Nokia Store site, but when I go to download them, I get download failed. I can use my WAP/GPRS O2 connection or Wireless LAN and although both connections are working fine the download fails every single time!
Whether free or bought, every download fails. I can't use the email link or sms link as that just strats OVI store. I have tried the Nokia software suite, but most of items I have bought cannot be downloaded via this, they have t be downloaded via phone!
I'm working with an XP machine and am always getting an immediate "failed" download when trying to get .asf files from my machine. I'd hate to have to convert all of these files. They do show up on the Bionic's option for stream or download and to begin transfer but just fail. Is there a way to get this to work.
Trying to synch Torch 9800 running 6.0 Bundle 2949 with Outlook 2010 on a new Windows 7.0 desktop.
Desktop is newly loaded Version 7.1.0.32.
When I connect the back-up works ok. Synching then starts but fails at different stages :one time I see where there are differences, click one and then everything hangsEarlier, it read the records and was about to start the synch then froze. One time it froze during the reading of records. On my old desktop running Office 200 and Widows 7.0 at least it synched, although I did suffer from duplications in the calendar.
Seriously think of giving up on BB and going to Windows phone when my contract comes up, as this is a key requirement for me.
The touch screen of my Torch is failing. Sometimes it work but most of the time it's dead, sometimes I can just like on an item but not move the page. I rebooted, reloaded, redid everything I could but still to no result.
Since lately my BB Torch is failing to detect or connect to my home wifi system, I even notice that it can't connet to external open networks. I use to connect so seamlessly before but now my Torch don't want to do wifi no more. I get a message saying "fail to obtain IP address" or cannot connect for some other reason I have never had before. This is very distressing to my wife and I who can't connect our individual Torch to our home wifi anymore.

I'm on the verge of throwing my Torch 9810 against a wall. I'm on the MTN network and I can't seem to download anything, movies, music, etc. It just says "error" can?
I've got my Yahoo mail set up in my BB and lately it's been missing downloading some emails. So when I log into Yahoo on my PC I have messages that never showed up on my BB. I don't use an email client, so I don't know why this would be.
I was attempting to move an icon on my Downloads panel to my media folder, and I highlighted it and pressed the menu button, when the entire panel suddenly went blank.
Im after some help, I have an N95 8g and everytime I send an sms it comes up failed memory full close some applications but there is nothing running. I have deleted all sent and received messages, there are no photo's. I have even tried deleting some of the games but it still wont work. Hopefully some one can shed some light
My iPhone 4s keeps not sending messages and I can't call anyone. I have all the connection bars, and it will only work if I turn off my phone and then turn it back on.It's really annoying, and I was wondering if there was a way to make it stop?
I'm unable to sync my n97 with Ovi. I'v set my phone sync settings to Ovi, saved the message from Ovi on my phone, entered the four digit pin sent by Ovi, de-selected contacts from the list of items i want to sync (i'm only syncing my contacts and calendar) and connected my phone to the internet but my n97 still fails to sync with Ovi. What am i doing wrong? Can someone pls help out?
Tried to do the push update that just came out, and it failed. Twice. Phone reboots, goes into recovery for a few seconds, then just continues booting and tells me the update could not be installed.
I'm activating an older Sprint PPC6700 (HTC) and they're telling me to edit the MSID and so on by doing ##{6 digit code}## to activate the EPST app. However, that's not working—nor is the actual Windowsepst exe either.
Could not connect to computer. I have installed Sony P.C. companion but when I try to connect through USB phone isn't detected. I've tried alternating between media storage mode and mass storage mode, no luck. Tried connecting through Bluetooth but again no luck. Just keeps saying 'no phone connected'.
Ive had a htc one s for the past 3 months, never dropped or damaged.
During the week it froze, and after I reset it it refused to load the OS and keeps rebooting, looping across the two HTC screens shutting down, and booting again.
I have a lot of very important photos that I did not back up, not to mention messages and app data. I could stomach the last two, but the photos are irreplaceable.
Is there anyway I can access the internal files to copy them? Or if i send away for repair can you guys copy my data and restore it after the software is fixed?
Would rooting it allow me back in? I cant seem to get safe mode to work, although I can get into hboot.
As you can see in the picture it just keeps failing.. I've tried manually installing the drivers using the toolkit and from this website: Download: The latest version of HTC One M8 USB drivers for all models | AndroMods
I tried connecting it on my sister's laptop and it worked fine.
Everytime I try to backup my app settings it fails. I've tried resetting but nothing works. My last backup was about a month ago. It gets to 97% and then fails.
I keep getting auto backup failed of late. i had it set to wifi only. according to one person's fix, check the data manager and uncheck the mobile hotspot. but that isn't working. still keeps failing and i think it is just working the battery. also may have caused my wifi at home to crap out, as it was just causing traffic. I even checked the box to only upload when connected to a charger, but it still attempted to upload when not.
