Nov 12, 2012I use a TORCH 9800. After i recenthy updated my app world to 4.0.63, the app world icon is missing. I installed it, still not found, I tried HIDDEN options, tried RE-BOOTINGI found a page where there were 4 causes and 4 resolutions given. The first 3 i tried and no use. The 4 th option is to click the given URL and update the device software, but that URL itself is not working.

May 13, 2012I was trying to unlock my iphone4 Baseband 04.12.01 with SAM but I didn't realise it was detected by Apple. SAM didnt work and now my phone is locked, asking for a compatible Sim card (may be it means AT&T but not sure) which I dont have. I only have T-mobile sim. The screen is only on when I put the phone in the charger, but my problem is also that the unlock key at the top is locked, so even when there are lights and energy in the phone I can't unlock it, and therefore I can't use it at all. I've tried pulling the battery out and in again about 3 times. I've tried taking both the battery and the sim card out. I've tried connecting my phone to the computer, which it can, but it didn't help me since the phone is still locked. I've tried resetting it by pressing ALT + CAP + Del. but that doesn't work either.

Jun 3, 2011My BB has been working fine. It's set to ask for a password if its been untouched for 10 mins and I've never had a problem with that. I do sometimes lock the keyboard by pushing the button top left, but again that's never been a problem. Right now the screen is blank. If I push the ball or any keys, nothing happens. If I plug in a charger the clock comes up, but still nothing works. If I remove the charger I then briefly see the screen and if I'm lucky pushing the ball brings up the "device is locked" screen with options saying unlock, emergency or cancel - but it stubbornly refuses to respond to pressing anything else, goes dim and then goes blank again. The battery has lots of power (it wasn't flat but has been charging anyway) and I've tried removing both the battery and sim card several times - all without success.

I soft reset it both times and now it flashes the Apple icon followed by spining beach ball and that starts over indeffinately. This was after deleting apps becasue it said I had low memory. Before I had 600mb and then I had 2 GB after deleting a bunch of apps. When I plug it into itunes it says it cannot access becasue it is locked with a passcode, but it still shows the beach ball.
