how do i get my app world back, its in the archive files but not on the home screen, i have done the fulle wipe, and still nothing, i tried to download it, it sows download complete but still nothing

When I tap on it, my desktop messages open instead?it used to work fine when I first got the phone. The only way I can write a text is to select a contact from the contacts list and then select to send that person a text message. This all works but is a pain. After re-booting the phone, my App World icon was suddenly missing from my home screen. It was not on my Download screen either. I could also not find it when doing a search for App World. I re-installed App World from the Blackberry website. I still had the same problem. Then a friend suggested that I un-install App World by Settings: Device: Application Management: Blackberry App World - and selecting delete in Options. I did this - and then re-installed App World AGAIN on my phone from the website. And still the problem persists. Do I actually have App World on my phone or not? If I do have it on my phone, how and where do I find the icon - so I can place it on my home screen.

Switched back to "Standard Mode", but found my home screen gone, with a blank page in it's place. I found some directions on how to move pages around, making one a home screen. I selected the page I wanted as home screen and moved it to the page where the white house icon is highlighted. I was done but noticed nothing had changed. Home page still blank, so I did it again. I find that whenever I try creating my home screen page by moving it to the highlighted white house icon, the white house icon shifts to the left, remaining blank.

I installed it, still not found, I tried HIDDEN options, tried RE-BOOTINGI found a page where there were 4 causes and 4 resolutions given. The first 3 i tried and no use. The 4 th option is to click the given URL and update the device software, but that URL itself is not working.

I was able to connect to the WiFi network successfully however there appeared a BB icon on the top right hand corner of the home screen next to the WiFi icon. it is not there always even when the Wifi is on, it appears sometimes and goes off and then again comes back.
