I have recently encountered a problem with the formatting on e-mail messages that I receive on my BB from sweeping both Outlook and internet e-mail addresses. The spacing is very large so that I am able to only see a few random bits/pieces of the message. It doesn't appear to be a problem with e-mails that are sent from my BB. My cell phone service is through AT&T. I am aware of no changes that would have caused this problem.

My E72 can receive and read other sms from other devices, but if the sms is sent from BB 9780, it will say error message: "The message format is not supported".I haven't try to soft or hard reset yet since there're a lot of applications on my E72 and I don't have the time to reinstall and resetting all of them.

The SMS messages from the same cell phone or source are all grouped together as though they are one thread. This makes them impossible to read and organize since they are not threads in my case. How can I make each SMS message have its own entry in the message list regardless of origin?
View 9 Replies View RelatedI have recently purchased a E63 in India. My earlier model was 9500 Communicator. I have transferred all the data from 9500 to E63 and all files etc. are opening properly, except files in the folder 'My Documents' which are 'Word' or 'Excel' files.
Whenever I try to open the file it says "File Format Not Supported".
Ever since I switched to the new OS 6, I cannot send SMS messages to anybody. Here's the problem:
- I send an SMS to various people with different phones
- Various people tell me they cannot read the message, different phones (Nokia, Android) report getting "message format not supported"
- For some reason, only iPhone users can read my SMS
- Sending MMS works, but not SMS
My phone provider is WIND, and I was wondering if this is due to my provider or the new OS? I can only use BBM for so long lol.

Ussually, when I got notification about someone messaging me on FB, if i click on the notification item, it'll take me to the FB message screen where I can reply the message right away. But yesterday it's change, when I got notification that someone messaging me, when I click it, it only show me the email of the message like this : And I should open my FB account on browser first to reply it.Someone could tell me what's wrong with this and how to change it back to old setting where I can reply my FB messages straight from FB app?

View 1 Replies View Relatedi have a nokia 5800 xpress music latest firmware (40) and everything, but latley when i get a normal SMS from someone (i know the person gotten messages from him before), it tells me Unable to open: message format not supported. however the message shows in the in-box (the first few words or so, after the senders name) and if i go to a previous text and then click the arrow (or the pound key) that takes me to the next text, it'll open fine.. it kinda **bleep** me off i tried restarting the phone didn't help

I formatted the card , repaired all errors on my computer and off my phone. when i transfer all my media to the card and put it in the phone it says format card everytime i put it in i then format the card and re put everything on the memory card , "safely remove" it and put it back in my phone and it says format again?

When I charged it and switched it on, my wallpaper had change and I thought weird but whatever. Anyway, I found the next day, when I tried to take a picture of my kids, that all my photos are gone and I can no longer take any pics coz it says that the memory is full, even though the media says 'o photos'. I am gutted, but have found the following message on my storage menu ' device memory cannot be read. try to repair or format'. I've tried to repair it but it fails, and I am holding on to the hope that my photos are still in there, so want to avoid formatting it until the last possible moment. I am desperate for the pictures, there are just too many of my kids there to have to lose.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI recently purchased BB Torch 9860 with OS 7 and configured by personal and work email on BIS. I am receiving emails only in text format. In some emails with images that have hyperlink, I just see a link and images not displayed. All the images comes as an attachment in the email. My friend having another BB Torch is able to view emails as HTML. But he is with BES.
Is there any solution for my issue? I am not receiving any options in the email preference to enable HTML format for emails.
Message inbox icon (notification/ indicator) for Text message does not appear on my Torch 9860 when I receive text message (the little tiny text message bubble icon).I get it for email and blackberry messenger (little envelop for email, blue bubble for messenger) but nothing for text message.
