Do you need to have the "BB Enterprise server" to create a new e-mail folder? I just bought Email++ it works perfect what I need to do now is to create a junk mail folder. This option does not show on the menu.

I have checked Service Status and it tells me that:
Blackberry Internet service - Not connected
Blackberry enterprise server - Not connected
I have checked with my service provider and all is ok. I have taken out the battery 5 times, waited 1 min and let the thing reboot?
had to re-sync my phone with the BB Enterprise server, I inadvertantly entered the wrong password and there was no way I that could find to re-set and try again. Does anyone know how I can go about re-activating / syncing with the BB server?My service provider, loacl shop/dea;er were great, it was the business/coporate end that was/did not want to help.

View 1 Replies View RelatedThe Samsung email app has not junk folder for outlook account so I can't see my emails gone to the junk folder. But in the webmail service or desktop I can see these mails.
I use IMAP setting for my emails.
I have set up an Hotmail email account on the N900. All is fine with recieving emails, but when I try to send an email from the phone it allows goes into the junk folder.I have set a few test emails to Hotmail accounts and Outlook accounts, but all appear in the junk folder.Can anyone help me with this problem?

I have tested the behavior with 4 different recipients who work for different companies. The Blackberry is setup with BIS via OWA and is on Vodafone.

I have always loved the mail program and have never had any syncing problems, either with mobileme or icloud, until now. About a week ago, junk started showing up on my iphone. Lots of it. When I go to my imac and open up the mail app, it filters out the junk, and then a few minutes later my iphone will sync and update its inbox. But until I do this spam just keeps on arriving in my iphone inbox. I have tried leaving the mail app running on my imac all the time, but this has not helped - as soon as my mac goes to sleep it seems it stops the mail getting filtered. I have tried deleting my mail account from the iphone 4s and reinstalling but this didn't help either.

the other day I was trying to stop some junk mail from being delivered to my phone, so I was "unsubscribing" to things on my BB. Now, this may not have anything to do with my problem, but it all started here. These are the issues.Can't get on any websites?a worm has gone through my hotmail account and everyone is getting "emails" from me with a link that I did not send. So, I keep getting mailer daemons. I have changed my hotmail password and also deleted everyone from my contacts on hotmail on my PC. I NEVER attach my BB to my PC so.... where is this worm coming from? Does my BB have a virus or a worm? How do I get rid of it?My BB just reboots on its own.

I'm currently running 4.4.2 on my Samsung Galaxy S5 (G900).
For a couple of weeks now I have noticed that my email has started to sync my junk mail. I will get notifications, i.e. It will say I have 10 emails, 5 important, 5 junk. When I go in to my email it will only show the 5 important ones in my inbox.
Is there anyway to turn off notifications for junk mail?
Other things you may need to know;
- I'm using MS Exchange Server (for my hotmail account).
- I haven't recently updated my OS.
How do I stop Junk Mail being transferred from my Email on my Laptop, I do have these various blocked Junk mail providers blocked on my Laptop?
