Jul 28, 2011My problem is I just want the phone numbers to be seen when I open contacts. How can i do that? Is it possible to see only phone contacts and not the email contacts.

Jan 8, 2011how to deal with the problem I have with my contact list on my Torch....my yahoo mail contact list became infected...with over 4000 phoney contacts...when I synced my Blackberry of course they loaded onto my phone contact list.now that I have cleared them out of my yahoo mail list....if I sync my phone will they return again into my yahoo....or how do I avoid that from happening..

Jul 12, 2010I am getting a replacement 8530 for my current 8530 because my trackpad is off centered and recently I am now able to move it around. I called verizon explained everything and their answer "software problem, we're sending you a new one under your warranty" Whatever, its physical not software, but they are sending me out a replacement anyways so I dont care.
However, how do I put stuff on the new one? I use blackberry desktop manager, and click "Backup" and it backs up. When I connect the new one do I just click "Restore"? Also when I back up, the tab for contacts is grayed out and I CANNOT click it. So I wont be able to restore that, why?

Jun 10, 2010I recently configured my Bold 9700 with a data account and added two E-mail addresses. One being personal, and the other being my school E-mail address. After doing this, I noticed that my contacts were doubled and in some cases, tripled. Some contacts say that they are sychronized to my personal E-mail, while the duplicates say that they are sychronized to my education email address. How can I solve this problem so that the duplicates are deleted? I have several hundred contacts and it is a pain to delete them manually.
