Okay,its really frustrating when you cant take pictures with your phone cos it comes out blurry. My pictures were all clear when i bought the phone and all nd now its all rubbish..my flash is on "auto", my autofocus is on "continuous" scene mood is always on auto....
View 1 RepliesI think since I downloaded the new software (I'm not 100% sure if this was correct) the pictures aren't showing after a certain date, but then nothing only thumbnails with the picture of a hill and memory card icon in the bottom corner. I open my memory card and they're not there.

However, I can send and receive them through my bbm. I have the unlimited text/pic/video/aim package and my phone data is on. Also, my provider is Telus.

Got no trouble for the first couple of months, but this past 1-2 months, my family couldn't send any pictures through blackberry messenger anymore. We live quite in different part of countries, and always contact each other by sending photos through BBM. They tried to send from different kinds of Blackberry phone (torch, curve, bold, etc), but it just not working. It said that when they try to send the pictures, my Blackberry replied " ...was unable to save thw file" (either its thw or the). So, now every time we want to send a photo, we will put it in profile pict. It's getting frustrating now!! Anyway, I'm not very good at technology, so I don't know what I should do.

I was moving pic's from its original folder to a "new titled folder", after doing that I returned to original folder and started deleted the pic's I had moved. My Blackberry rebooted (to delete an app) and now all the files on the media card aren't available through the media shortcuts.I was able to get the music files to appear by using "Explore", finding each file and opening each song individually.Only then did they appear in my player.I am unable to get my pictures to display.I can see them when I "explore" but not through the pictures shortcut.Why isn't my device set up to read media files automatically from the media card?
