Mar 9, 2010I use gmail for my email accounts and there are times when I try and delete and email from my bb using the delete and/or the delete from handheld and on the server function.but the email doesn't delete from the handheld. Is there a reason for this?

May 14, 2010I use gmail and when I delete an email on the web, it doesn't delete on my BB. The same goes for when I open an email on the web, it doesn't show 'read' on my BB. Interestingly though, if I delete or read an email on my BB, the action is reciprocated on the web.And finally, if I send myself an email (either from the web or my BB), it appears on the web but not on my BB.

Apr 16, 2012I like the consolidated inbox (messaging) on the RAZR Maxx. I only have 1 significant issue with the app.
We need an option/feature so that when you delete messages from the email server that they are removed from the phone. Having to redundantly delete messages from the phone that have already been deleted from the server is ridiculous.
The opposite is provided ... you can choose if you want to delete messages from the server when you delete them from the phone but the reverse needs to be provided as well.

Jan 16, 2015When I delete emails from my pc on my old earthlink account (yes, I still use an earthlink account, got too much stuff linked to it still) it doesn't remove them from my Turbo email folder. Not sure if I'm missing a setting or what but my old Droid DNA synced just fine. I'm using the default email app on the phone. I'm tired of seeing a ton of emails on my phone but only having 10 in my inbox via my pc.

It used to be that if I moved a message to a folder in hotmail (on my laptop) and then deleted it from my inbox on the BB, the message would still be in the folder. Now it seems that if I delete a message on my BB, it deletes it from my email account, no matter where it's stored. Is this new or do I need to change a setting to fix it? May 23, 2015I feel like ever since updating to Lollipop I've experienced nothing but issues with my phone. Now for no reason my phone decides to delete all the accounts that I have registered on the device. I think I'm not getting any emails and then I go into the stock Gmail app on my phone and it's asking me to add an account. This has happened at least 5 within the past 2 weeks and it's definitely not something I can deal with. A few times I've almost missed important emails because my accounts have disappeared from my phone. Not only do my Google accounts disappear but my Twitter account is lost as well. Nothing else is deleted from my phone, everything is still there just none of the accounts.

Oct 31, 2015So every time I delete an installed theme on the device it goes through an extreme lag session. I check the cpu and see that it does some heavy load for a while like several hours. I have to restart the phone to have it operate normally, but I dont know why that happens all the time every time I delete or erase a theme.
